Looks great

Brought this home and it's huge. Will not fit on countertop and be underneath cabinets. My clearance is 16" and this is 20". Good luck finding the measurements anywhere on the KitchenAid website. They do share it weighs 28 pounds. It's a wopper. I'm sure it's durable but if you are older and looking for something to keep out on the countertop to use on a regular bases I would suggest that you pass on this particular item. It is a commercial mixer. I went online to find a mixer that would fit on and under my cabinets and found one easily. Sad to say that KitchenAid has fallen behind the times because the one I purchased online has a blender attachment and a meat grinder AND a pasta press for a third of the price. Hopefully the Sam's Club will look into the other options available and offer up on the store shelf an option for home cooks. Until then.... happy shopping everyone!

I bought the mixer to replace my old kitchenAid mixer after 20 years. That was on December but it didn’t work, never started . I returned and was replaced by other one which only worked for 10 seconds.

Very disappointed in this mixer. My old 4.5qt had 400 watts of power. This one only has 325 and struggles to mix dough. The KitchenAid website doesn’t have this model. It has the 5.5qt with 500 watts.

Returning it. The first thing I tried to make was pizza dough and it couldn’t handle it. Completely shut down. I thought these things were supposed to be so good?! It died in ten minutes. Junk.

First one worked for 45 seconds. Returned it and the second one worked for 4 minutes. Apparently there is a problem with this model and it should be recalled. Do not buy.

This is an absolute failure - the mixing blades do not reach the bottom, and you have to stop it many times to make sure butter does not stay on the bottom. Defeats the purpose altogether. The way it goes down, you can not stick in spatula, have to remove the bowl... I wish I could return it. I had a basic model with a tilted head and a smaller bowl for almost 15 years and that was many times better than this one. The mixer does not feel sturdy and solid either. Would not recommend to anyone! Not sure how anyone can be happy with it...

Gave one star for even carrying this product, but have caution: the appliances Sam's/C*stco sells are specially made just for warehouse sales, they're not same quality as what you buy directly through the manufacturer. This mixer is available for the same price through Kitchenaid but will be an original and authentic product, NOT a lesser-quality version like what's available through Sam's. I learned this from buying a Shark robot vacuum. I won't be buying appliances through Sam's ever again, only manufacturer websites.
