Great product with a fantastic price! I have owned KitchenAid mixers for years. When I saw this one, I had to buy it for a wedding gift. The bride to be just loved it!

This is for a gift, so I have not used this. The color is beautiful, the extra smaller bowl and whip are a great plus. I personally have three KitchenAid stand mixers and I love them all

My daughter wanted a KitchenAid mixer for her birthday and when I saw that Sam’s Club had one I checked it out and was so glad that I did because it was on sale for a great price! I bought it for her and she loves it!

Was a Christmas present and was the greatest ever!! Makes food look and taste better than you ever thought it could!! If ever goes down will have another in mail within the hour!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old Kitchenaid mixer was starting to fail after about 40 years. My budget finally allowed me to purchase a new one, on sale. In all honesty, I probably should have rated it 3 stars, but I’m hoping I will learn to like it more. It is much heavier than my old one and is a bit too tall to fit up under my kitchen cabinets, so I have to pick it up and move it to the counter every time I want to use it. I don’t like that I can’t use my bowl scraper while it is running like I did with the old one. The whisk doesn’t go all the way to the dime like the adjustment instructions described, but it can’t be adjusted any further to make it do so. Probably should have returned the unit, but it is just too heavy. Again, I hope with time I will learn to like it and maybe I will make or buy some type of table to put it on.

The paddle mixer doesn’t reach half of the stuff on the side or the bottom of the bowl and the bowl is so close to the head of the mixer that it’s virtually impossible to try to use a spatula to help it along

The bowl lift design is so nice because I can leave the mixer where it sits under the cabinets while I use it instead of having to pull it out to tilt the head back. I’ve had other brands of stand mixers but nothing compares to KitchenAid!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I always need reliable equipment for my regular sourdough baking and daily kitchen prep, this KitchenAid ended up being more of a hurdle than a help. The machine itself is incredibly heavy, making it an absolute chore to move or adjust on the counter. ​My biggest complaint is how rigid and stiff all the moving parts are. Getting the bowl to properly lock into the support arms is a constant struggle that requires far too much force every single time. On top of that, the top mechanism doesn't lift smoothly and feels stuck half the time. When you are frequently mixing heavy doughs, you need an appliance that operates seamlessly. Fighting with stiff, clunky hardware just to get the bowl attached or the top lifted simply isn't worth the frustration. ​Pros: ​Heavy-duty build quality ​Cons: ​Unnecessarily heavy to move around ​Bowl is extremely difficult to snap into the arms ​Top mechanism is stubborn and hard to lift

I wanted this beautiful mineral water blue one forever. Finally saved and bought it. Get it home %26 all ready tp make something. Yep ot won't even turn on. Check different outlets %26 nothing. Return it to Sam's. They swear they've had no complaints. Get another one. That evening I try again. Same thing!! No power!! Heart broken to say the least. Can i possible have the only 2 that didn't work? Do I even want to try this again? Decided to call Kitchenaid. 1st person i talk to tells me that the mineral water blue is a Sams exclusive. After checking on line Kitchenaid does offer the color I want!! Call back and they sent me a replacement. 3rd time was the charm!! I have put in overtime on this mixer.

I was so excited for this mixer and it broke my heart to have to return it but I was halfway through a batch of cookie dough, turned it off to add the chocolate chips, and it just died. Wouldn’t turn back on. In-store wouldn’t allow for an even exchange so I just returned it and bought a used one on Facebook. It’s a known issue and from what I’ve read, KitchenAid will make it right but I didn’t feel like dealing with the back and forth.
