Ordered this set for its affordability and was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The set needs to be fully assembled but aside from that bother its really a decent little set.

Several damaged areas on arm rails of chairs and table. Box was damaged

Delivered quickly. Packed well. Easy to assemble. Looks great. Well made. Perfect size for our patio.

Looked like good packaging, haven't checked tabletop yet. One chair somewhat assembled after alot of work and still can't get allen bolts to tighten on arms so seems wobbly. A $1300 (+ $149 shipping!) set should be sturdy!! Will return of son can't fix next week during his visit.

Shipping boxes were roughed up but there was no damage to the set. Well packaged!! Came with good instructions, tools and parts kits. Lots of assembly though. Helps to have your own set of metric tools. Overall -- very nice!!

The table and chairs are well made and comfortable. I recommend using a ratchet, socket and box end wrench to assemble the unit, it will be frustrating and take much longer to assemble using the tools provided with the set. The table center ring and plug were missing but it only took a quick call to support and I had them the next day. Super great support service - thank you
