I was looking for a high quality outdoor dining set and this set is perfect. It did arrive in 2 packages and one is extremely heavy. Fortunately I caught Fed-Ex as they were dropping off. They didn’t ring my doorbell %26 were going to leave it in my driveway. Packaging is very heavy but did protect the items. It was easy to assemble but I would highly recommend you use your own tools rather than the ones that came with it. Instructions were good. I LOVE this set!

So far, so good. Simple, one-person assembly (except maybe flipping the table upright. One screw was missing. Called and they sent it in 2 days. Boxes and contents were in perfect shape. Chairs are comfortable and sturdy. Tile top is attractive.

The furniture is well made, strong parts, sturdy and looks great , the cushions are also of good quality

Our table and chairs arrived yesterday. The delivery process went well and we appreciated the level of communication. The product arrives in two large boxes. There is a lot of packing material which was great for the chairs. The table arrived with three chips and a crack in the clay surface table so that wasn’t as protected. It took my contractor husband several hours to put it all together. It’s quite the process. The set looks great aside from the chips. Just be prepared for the time it will take, particularly if one is not mechanically inclined.

It’s super heavy. Was surprise by the weight of the table top. Have not had the chance to use it yet, but does look very nice, once set up. I like the cover that came with it. One of the pre installed piece on one of the chair did not fit, but was able to hammer it to fit. There were some scratches on the arm of one of the chair, but it’s on the underside where it’s not visible luckily. It would be too heavy to return. I was not satisfied with the company that was used to ship it, considering that I had pay $150 for shipping. They did not show up at the day and time frame they said they would, and had me waited 3 hours longer for a no show. Then they confirmed another time that I did not agreed to, and tried to push blame between the warehouse and shipping company. The delivery person also refused to bring it up to my front door. Said he can only put it in the garage on the ground level as he did not any to go up the stairs. There are two of them and one of me. So I had to ask people to help me get it up to the main level. What is the point of paying $150 if I still need to get people to help me bring it to my front door? This makes me hesitant to order anything heavy or big from Sam’s club if they use AIT for their shipping. Very unpleasant delivery experience.

I was supposed to get notification from the delivery service, a time window. that did not happen. The patio table and chairs were delivered early and with no warning. I was out of town and could not accept the delivery. They just dropped it off on my driveway! I had to scramble and pay someone to go to my house and put the very large, very heavy boxes in my garage. At the least they should refund the $150.00 delivery fee! And then I got an email from Sam's all excited that it was delivered early.

March 2023- Nice tile table top with swivel/rocking chair. Assembly was a lot of work and there were some dings and marks from shipping. The chairs are very comfortable, and I am still left wondering why they would make a cover without a zipper and an umbrella hole; that's a poor design. I question how long the finish on the metal will hold up,I guess we'll see. On sale for $1099 with the swivel chairs seemed fair. I just wish they included some touch paint; its too much work to return, and probably end up worse.

It looked beautiful as we pulled it out of the boxes, but our table had a big gash in the side trim of the table to where it pulled the trim away from the table so we're having to send it back. Seems ridiculous that you have to return the entire thing, two boxes worth, and not just replace the table. For that I'm only giving it three stars. They need to better the return policy as we just want to replace the table. I'll update rating once we go through the replacement process. Also not crazy about the customer service 888 number being overseas. I could barely understand the woman trying to help us due to her accent
