Great wet vac for carpet and hard floor. The brissells do the hard work. It cleaned stains on our carpet I thought would never come off.

I've always used the Bissell steam cleaners and this one is so much easier to use and the power is Awesome!

Bought one and as soon as I put the water tank on water leaked all over the floor took back got another same problem bissel said I could send for service or return. I definitely will be returning for a second time but not buying another bissel
