I bought this Gazebo about a month ago, and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today. I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into the night. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, Phil on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, Brittany, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wonderful gazabo. Exceptional craftsmanship and instructions for assembly with the BILT app made this a no-brainer. We did have someone assemble for us; however, no issues were noted. We loved this product so much, we purchased another for our pool, and the large grill gazebo. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to purchase this product again for other areas. Don't hesitate, buy it. In my opinion, you won't be sorry!

The instructions were easy to follow along with the bilt app 3D views. Considering the amount of parts and pieces of material nothing was missing. In most cases there were extra nuts, bolts and screws. I was really impressed with the simplicity of the installation.

Not only is it a magnificent structure, it totally beautified our yard. Our family, and neighbors, were truly impressed. Our son loved it so much he purchased one for his back yard when he returned home to Indianapolis. Watching the workers assemble it was pure entertainment to my husband and me. It was like watching two artist at work and they were so friendly and professional. It’s a good feeling to know you actually got a lot more than you paid for. Looking forward to many more family gatherings and beautiful mornings just setting there watching the birds and having our morning coffee.

The addition of the 14 x10 Cordova Gazebo to our back deck has been an outstanding addition to our backyard. It has given us living space on our back deck that we never had. The purchase, installation, quality and overall experience with Backyard Discovery has been a pleasure. Recommend them highly.

We had a EF2 tornado come thru and it stood up to it. We had it anchored to a concrete patio and the only damage it has is a few dents in metal roof and one side has a dents and gouges from flying debris. Our house needs a new roof (even though the roof was only one year old from flying debris) and new siding. This is very sturdy and beautiful.

I received this a week ago. Nearly have it complete. Directions pretty good. Pretty apprehensive about weather asm. parts would fit. Everything does, amazing with the amount of predrilled holes all being right on. Only issue was 2 roof rafters on 14" side had purlin holes off location, wasn't a big deal. Can't wait to start using.

We bought this for shade around the pool. The order took months and we had to contact Sam’s to find out when it would be delivered as the time allocated on the website was not accurate. We were told they would contact us to deliver, yet one day we arrived home to find it all over our lawn in the pouring rain. When we assembled this structure though, the directions were good and the structure seems durable…
