We bought this gazebo a few months ago and had it assembled. We are very happy with it and have received a lot of compliments. It is sturdy and looks great. We stained it with a transparent stain and wiring for a ceiling fan and lights. We spend a lot of time on the patio now and love our new setup!

Quality is very good. We hired a company to assemble but regretted it. Just hire the recommended Sam's companies posted at their stores. They came in and installed it in about 4 and half hours. Previous company had been on it for 3 days, they messed it up and we had to exchange it. We love how it looks in our back yard!!

We got delivery in October and enjoyed it from the first day it was completed. My son, son-in-law, and a friend put it together. The parts are well marked making the build much easier than expected. Cedar is good quality making the Back Yard Discovery Gazebo a beautiful addition to our property. The only drawback is winter! 🥶 Can’t wait until spring so we can get back to enjoying our Back Yard Discovery Gazebo!

Despite shipping delays this is a great gazebo. We did the installation ourselves if your handy and have the correct rooms it isn't so bad follow the instructions that were very clear and you will be fine however it did take me and my husband about 4 days to complete we worked on it a little at a time. The roof most definitely needs 3 to 4 people. But once it was done I'm completely satisfied with it tons of compliments also the power port is a well added bonus.

We're absolutely thrilled with our new backyard oasis addition! The roof is perfectly designed for stringing up twinkling lights and hanging a refreshing fan. We've been impressed with its sturdiness so far, and we can't wait to make unforgettable summer memories beneath its shade.

I bought this to add to my deck expansion. With the help of my sons. We got it assembled. Took longer than expected, but had limited time where my sons could come over & help. Instructions were very detailed. Only issue was a couple of the posts had holes drilled in wrong place for the corner brackets & had to drill new holes and it wasn't easy taking the plastic wrap off the metal parts. That's the reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. We are loving the new gazebo.

I purchased this gazebo this summer and hired someone to assemble it for me. They never found time so I did it myself. I must say there are so many good things about this set. Very good quality materials that for the most part fit together like a glove. They even give you extra screws/bolts/washers which I needed because I dropped a few in the grass and could not find them and I stripped a couple screws (my fault). I did have a few problems but since I am not a professional handy man, it could of been my fault. You must get the roof framing within the correct dimensions as stated in the instructions. The 10' sides were off a slight bit and I could not get it fixed. This caused a little problem later. The roof pieces are heavy so it will take 3 strong people to set them up and secure them. The paper instructions were OK but I had to use Youtube to verify some things...and there's an app you can download too that helps allot. If you are considering it, do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although the instructions were difficult to understand for the guys we hired to put the gazebo together, the finished product looks great on our deck and has provided wonderful protection from the rain and sun

Outstanding engineering of product, was able to assemble on my own with help to join posts & lift roof. All pieces accounted for and appreciated extra hardware on fasteners etc. Labelling of parts could have been better as part number was difficult to read where it had been stamped. Related to marketing of the assembly service, was not made aware of the 6' required prior to purchase so had to cancel that service and install myself. Take your time if you assemble yourself, it is possible, just need to follow the written instructions and refer to the Bilt guide.

I just completed the staining and assembly of the Barrington 14x12 gazebo. You won’t find a better company than Backyard Discovery for pre-sales & installation support, quality materials, 5 yr. warranty, and beautiful design. We are extremely pleased!!!
