Instructions were very informative, recommend, reading thru all steps and understanding each will facilitate the assembly. Parts fit nicely together. Had a part damaged in shipping, but called the 800 number and they had the part shipped out that day. Very Happy with purchase. Now I will be tackling Backyard Discovery's Swing set for my grandchildren. You make great products. Thank You (by the way this way the second Gazabo I have purchased and the third one I have Built).

We had several hiccups to include an uncooperative delivery company and a gentleman that was supposed to put it all together and realized that it was too much for him and his helper so he lied and said we didn't have all the parts. Nadege was an AMAZING help getting all of it straightened out! This is an great gazebo and the favorite part of our backyard!

I went with Backyard after lots of research between brands and reviews. My friend had another brand and it caused him all kinds of problems to put together. I hired a buddy that has been a contractor for over 20 years. He has put together and setup other brands himself before ours and they did not go up as well as this one did. The fit and finish in his mind was fantastic. It took 2-3 people (definitely recommend) a solid 1-1/2 days to build it taking our time and verifying everything before just assuming we knew. Instructions were spot on. My buddy said it was with out a doubt the best pre-made gazebo he has ever put together besides building one himself. He said he would recommend this brand 100% unless the customer needs something specific built. It looks amazing and we cannot thank Backyard enough.

My gazebo was assembled this week. I absolutely love it. It provides a great hardcover roof and is the perfect accent for my backyard. It covers the maple tree stump that has a cement table top, we refer to it as our wine table. We enjoy relaxing and sitting outside around the table and now under the gazebo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we actually bought 2 - the 10 x 20 gazebo as well as the extra large kitchen gazebo - we are very happy with both! They are solid and well made. We added plastic sides to the 10 x 20 to use it all year round. its a great addition to our deck.

We bought our gazebo at the beginning of the summer. From ordering it, to delivery, to assembly, to enjoying it, we have been more than satisfied. The step by step instructions were very well done and the parts were high quality and very accurately labeled and manufactured for easy assembly. We are very impressed with the gazebo and enjoy our time using it now and plan on enjoying it for years to come!

I originally gave a very poor review of this gazebo. Upon completion I'll bump it up to 3 stars. It does look nice once assembled. Assembly is a pain especially considering extra assembly is required to save them on shipping costs. Removing blue stickers from metal was a nightmare and the large amount of 1" lumber warped in the heat. All in all assembly wasn't the worst and it looks nice.

I purchased this gazebo a few months ago. To protect us from the Florida Sun. Large enough to have a good group relax and get together. I purchased because of the high weather rating for Florida. Was very concerned that it would last during high winds. Looks great and family are enjoying time spent outdoors.

We were not disappointed! The overall experience and completed result was amazing. It has since provided comfort, relaxation and a place for our family to enjoy being outdoors. bought this about a year ago... i love it and hate it... the wood is not solid and it has white spot all over it as if the coating is coming off... it looks horrible only after purchasing it on 4/5/24 and its not been up not even a year in the weather.. i could see this is its been ten years or so but the extra work now i will have to restain both gazebos for we bought two...
