Outstanding engineering of product, was able to assemble on my own with help to join posts & lift roof. All pieces accounted for and appreciated extra hardware on fasteners etc. Labelling of parts could have been better as part number was difficult to read where it had been stamped. Related to marketing of the assembly service, was not made aware of the 6' required prior to purchase so had to cancel that service and install myself. Take your time if you assemble yourself, it is possible, just need to follow the written instructions and refer to the Bilt guide.

Unfortunately I do not have the gazebo up some issues that I am trying to clear up has held up the assembly. I did see this gazebo in person set up in Sams club and I fell in love with it immediately and it is so sturdy and so well designed I knew right away that i had to have it. Again I cannot take pictures or video until I have it assembled, but be rest assured that I will share many pictures and video as soon as that happens. The gazebo is perfect and very well constructed could not have asked for better. Now we have to see about getting patio furniture to go with it. Go Configure did an amazing job of installing the gazebo for us. Did it in a matter of hours not days. Just Beautiful.

I opted to DIY this build and it was a bit brutal. I had some help on certain parts but was able to do most parts alone. Overall it was not too difficult, just time consuming and tedious. There were many instances where holes did not line up but i worked it out in those rare cases. It looks and feels very sturdy and I could not be happier with the quality! Definitely worth the price and effort.

The addition of this gazebo has created a nice outdoor living space on our deck. The deck was way too open and hot prior to adding this. It provides shade and keeps out outdoor furniture dry. It is also sturdy enough to hadle 2 feet of heavy wet snow in MA. I hang a hammock chair from the perimeter beams and added some outdoor curtains to manage the sunshine. My only complaint is that the perimeter roof trim installs over the roof panels which prevents snow from sliding off and directing water runoff onto the wood. This detail could be better. Assembly is time consuming, but the instructions are good and hardware is high quality.

We love our gazebo! We had the installer team build it and it was well worth it. They had it put together in two and a half hours. They did a great assembly job. We can now enjoy our patio and it seams bigger. Many of our neighbors have stopped by and complimented us on our backyard makeover.

We’re so happy we purchased this particular cedar gazebo. It is beautiful and sturdy. We chose this one for its durability and the ability of the steel roof to handle snow accumulation. Our GoConfigure two-man crew completed assembly in just four hours!! They were very knowledgeable and professional. This gazebo is a backyard statement- very inviting and the cedar smells wonderful. We are totally satisfied with our purchase. It’s our new three season hang-out space!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read some reviews did 95% on my own, thought the tin was cut wrong, thought of cutting it, laid out with some help holding in place,was cut perfect just had to move tin down a little bit lower than spec.really just three of us installed the roof panels. Took probably 2 days in all. But worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our pergola. So much better than an umbrella on our deck by the pool. The wind can get kind of gusty here. No more dealing with umbrellas and we have a nice place to get out of the sun.

We are very please with this product. We live in a very high wind area, and I was sick of replacing umbrellas every year. The style blends well with our home, and provides great shade for summer dining in the terrace. We hired people to assemble it, and they assured us this was much higher quality than they were used to assembling. Highly recommend!
