measurements are off by about 6 inches on all sides so it is 9.5 ft x 13.5 feet,product is not sealed or stained.i don't know how you can call the roof insulated because it is just metal sheet roofing

Great quality gazebo. It's sturdy, looks beautiful in the backyard and only took one full day to assemble. Provides plenty of shade and makes the space perfect for relaxing or entertaining. I highly recommend it!

Extra tools and a small bottle of stain would be helpful. Project would have been quicker with extra wrenches. You can’t help but nick the wood. A little stain would cover it up to make it look nice.

Instructions were hard to follow. It took two of us [grown, intelligent males] twelve [12] hours of steady work to put it together. But it was worth it. It is a very solid and sturdy gazedo. Very happy with the purchase

This is a great product and it looks very good in the backyard, but separating and getting all the parts and pieces sorted out is the biggest pain about the product.

We love our gazebo! It has transformed our backyard into a beautiful oasis. We hired someone to build it. They completed the project in the same day. It is so nice to have some shade in our backyard. It is the perfect size.

Took a bit to put together, didn't want to rush and mess up anchored with 1/2 threaded rod , did have more help putting roof on. Pleased on how it finished look wonderful, oh and they give you plenty of extra bolts and screws

I bought this gazebo in order to mount a TV to the ceiling. It accomplished that objective and more. It has a Tiki hut vibe that adds to our entertainment and enjoyment.
