[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large project but with it went together with good preparation. There were very good instructions. I will add I do have good construction/ wood working skills. I was able to get help of one or two people as needed. We are proud of the results and many of my neighbors are also impressed. We would strongly recommend this product.

When the boxes came they were mangled from shipping. Several hundred pounds of wood boards shipped in a cardboard box is kind of a disaster. I was thrilled to find that we were only missing a couple pieces and nothing was broken. Customer service was so pleasant to work with for quick replacement. My husband a teenage boys love building lego sets, so building this was right up their alley. I tried to help and quickly discovered the important of details. I tapped out and just let the experts handle it. I have a beautiful gazebo. It withstood the winter. Snow slid off as it's designed to. I can't wait for spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this at the beginning of the summer to put beside our pool. Best decision! Instructions we very clear on how to assemble. My husband and I assembled it over the course of a few days. We enjoyed it all summer and have enjoyed the shade. We also liked it electric box that comes with it.

This is the best labeled well built product I’ve come across it took a little longer than instructions said but still not bad for someone with a little help pick a couple of good weather days lay it all out use the BILT app and you will have no problem. Don’t worry it will tighten up and go together in the end just pay attention you have all pieces turned the right way when constructing

I purchased this gazebo this summer and hired someone to assemble it for me. They never found time so I did it myself. I must say there are so many good things about this set. Very good quality materials that for the most part fit together like a glove. They even give you extra screws/bolts/washers which I needed because I dropped a few in the grass and could not find them and I stripped a couple screws (my fault). I did have a few problems but since I am not a professional handy man, it could of been my fault. You must get the roof framing within the correct dimensions as stated in the instructions. The 10' sides were off a slight bit and I could not get it fixed. This caused a little problem later. The roof pieces are heavy so it will take 3 strong people to set them up and secure them. The paper instructions were OK but I had to use Youtube to verify some things...and there's an app you can download too that helps allot. If you are considering it, do it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of not enjoying our porch because of the heat, this Gazebo has made all the difference in our outdoor time. It is not only well made, but is beautiful. We have added. TV, lights and an outdoor fan. Our back porch has become a whole new “ room” to enjoy.

Assembled this gazebo mostly by myself, with 3 helpers to lift the roof panels into place. The printed instructions are very well written and easy to follow. I had a few questions during the build and customer support was wonderful. All the parts fit together nicely and are high quality. Great product overall and everyone who sees it is quite impressed.

Bought it last summer. My 40 year old son and I put it together. Would be easier for 3 or even 4 people but my son and I are resourceful! We put lights on it and I constructed a bar on the side facing our above ground pool. All the pieces fit together just as in the instructions. For the money, I felt this was super nice! Just got married and I plan to put one in the back yard of my wife’s home which we plan to keep. Be aware, this is cedar wood construction and there is nothing flimsy about it! Just a foot note; one of the corner braces had a bad chip on arrival and a replacement came super quick, no questions asked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this kit and love it. Excellent instructions and online video support. Each piece of the construction materials was clearly marked and easily identified. One small bent item was replaced by the manufacturer within two day. So no delay in construction. Can easily be constructed by the do it yourselfer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and sons assembled this two weeks ago & it looks great. They mounted an outdoor ceiling fan and lights to make it even better. We had some very strong winds over the weekend and were happy to see it didn't even budge the gazebo. Very happy with it so far!
