Have had for over two months now, and it survived Hurricane Milton. Very sturdy and well made with high quality cedar wood. The shipment was perfect and no well packed box was too heavy. The Backyard arraigned installer did an excellent job in building it over a two day period.

We bought our 16 x12 gazebo last spring. The installer showed up promptly and had the job done including clean up by 6pm the same day. We have had quite a few gatherings and everyone has been amazed with the look, quality and price of this product. And I love the fact that no Wisconsin weather can ever blow this to the ground like the last two home improvement store gazebos we purchased. It took us a few days to put together and I am not handy at all. I was concerned about sturdiness but once it’s complete, it’s solid! I love the look of it. I would highly recommend this gazebo! All the parts were in the boxes, make sure you pre-drill the holes like it says in the instructions. Great product. Please make a mosquito net and sun screen for it Backyard!

Plans include eventually adding a hot tub. It has created a new space the whole family can enjoy. You definitely need at least 2 people to build it over several days. We had 4 at some points to keep things moving.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy the instructions were to follow and there is also step-by-step instructions in the Built app to follow along with. The wood is light enough that I was able to easily maneuver the pieces myself. My neighbor is a contractor and he told me that he was surprised how quickly and efficiently I was able to put the thing together by myself. I did need help lifting the constructed room pieces onto the frame, but that only took about 20 minutes with 3 people. It is well crafted and looks great!

I bought this last summer and have been enjoying it ever since. It was a great addition to the backyard. Gives me plenty of room for grilling and dining and just hanging out. I put it together mostly by myself and I do not consider myself to be the most handy but I would recommend at least one other person to make things go a bit more smoothly and even a third person to help put the roof on as it is a bit heavy. But I have had it for a year and it's held up great so far, would buy again.

I bought this for afternoon shade on my deck and it’s been perfect. Don’t be intimidated by the unboxing. Take your time and the instructions are very clear and everything is labeled clearly. When you’re frustrated just walk away, I promise it will fit together. It’s solid and looks great.

After researching every available gazebo model on the market, we chose this one and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We live in the CA desert where wind gusts in our area can regularly reach up to 75 mph. This model said it could withstand 125 mph winds, which no other product claimed, so I selected this one for that very purpose. Prior to the gazebo’s arrival, we had a contractor pour cement and add steel brackets to the post locations. We opted to pay the additional money to have the gazebo built by the company and we’re so glad we did as it took three men, several hours to do it. They did a wonderful job and were very friendly. Once they finished, our contractor added steel bolts to the posts, securely attaching them to the brackets, thus ensuring they would withstand our crazy, erratic conditions. Our contractor also added string light bulbs and a ceiling fan/light. He then hooked up a waterline to the gazebo and installed a misting system. Finally, he hung interior mosquito netting curtain panels and outer heavy privacy curtains, both of which are tied at the four corners when not in use. We LOVE our new outdoor space! Our friends and family have also marveled at it. We love that the structure is built from beautiful wood beams, rather the aluminum like many of the models we see. We have a day bed couch, two chairs and a coffee table under it, and since it has extra electrical outlets, we regularly bring a lightweight TV outside to watch while snuggled up on the couch. This gazebo has allowed us to enjoy our backyard more fully now. And every time I gaze out to our backyard and see it, it makes me happy. My husband says that makes this the best purchase ever.

We also love it for the shade it provides during the day. We assembled it ourselves and had the help of our neighbors when putting on the roof and it wasn't terrible. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I did a lot of research and ended up deciding on this one and I am so glad I did. We get a lot of rain and snow it and it is very sturdy and high quality. I highly recommend it!
