Bought this from Sam’s Club a few months ago to put on our back patio. The size is perfect. The quality of the wood and the engineering is outstanding. It’s not a simple assembly, but if you’re familiar with hand tools and have a friend or 2, it can be done in a day or two.

Last year I saw a display of the Gazebo 14 x 10 "Cordova" in a store and wanted one. I was told they were sold out so I tried online direct to Backyard Discovery. I was told that they were back ordered so I put my name on a list and was thrilled when I was called and told it would ship in about 3 weeks. My husband and I decided to wait on having the gazebo assembled because after taking down our 16 year old pergola we thought it deserved a new patio to stand on. We thought at first it would be a simple replacement project but "no" we decided to get a contractor out to re do the patio and stone surface and the landscaping which we plan on finishing this Spring. After the patio was installed in August we had a company come out and put the gazebo together. It was a company that was referred by Backyard Discovery for our area.They did a fantastic job, we were so pleased. The gazebo went through the winter months with no issues, no movement so now we are trying to get ready to plant some new shrubs and flowers this Spring season. We love our new patio with our Cordova gazebo. Sorry my picture doesn't have the flowers and landscaping finished but we highly recommend your product.

It was assembled in three days with no problem at all. Everything in the kit was clearly numbered which really made it so easy to assemble. A very sturdy and beautiful addition to my patio! My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner!

I was very pleased with the quality of this product. The wood was very well prepared and the quality of the bolts and hardware were 100%!! I would highly consider this product. The instructions were well detailed via the images, but I think they could have add additional written instructions and tips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We LOVE our gazebo!! We have been looking for something for the back patio to make it a more useable area and this worked out perfect!! We put guttering on the side of it that meets with the house so when it rains, we have a completely dry walkway out onto the patio. I can't say enough good things about it!!

Five starts to customer service! There were some serious shipping mishaps and it was rectified immediately. We needed to improvise roof assembly due to tight space, which was a fun adventure. The gazebo looks fantastic and meets all our needs for a little extra outdoor space

I got this gazebo to replace one that I had which had been damaged by a storm. The previous one was 14x10 but I decided I wanted a little bit bigger this time. I love the size it’s great. Love the light color of the wood. Was very easy to build. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

I bought this Gazebo about a month ago, and I must say that I finally was able to enjoy my Gazebo today. That's correct, today. I really enjoy the quality of the Gazebo, however, I am very frustrated with the third party (GoConfigure) assembly services. Initially, GoConfigure sent two staff to build it. One member of the team was very punctual, meticulous in building their portion of the project. The other members were not efficient in their techniques. The team took two days to build it. Also, I provided specific instructions on the exact placement of my Gazebo. They placed the Gazebo in another spot. One half of the rooftop seemed to be loose as well as several brackets were missing. I found a bracket in the grass. Perhaps, it was left there because they were working very late into the night. One of the legs protrude outward and was not standing straight up. The electrical box was not assembled. Screws for the anchor and other screws were missing as well. Lastly, the staff informed me that they charged extra to include the anchor in place. Although I was promised that they would return on a third day, I never heard back at all. I reached out to their project manager, Phil on several occasions. He informed me that he was very busy and would call me back but he did not. I called their dispatcher, Brittany, with KCT, contracted with GoConfigure, and she informed me that they would come to my home to fix the problem. They did not show up or call. Although I paid for assembly, the project was not completed. I am very displeased and urge anyone to not agree to get their Gazebo assembled through GoConfigure, you've been warned.

I've had the kit for a month or so and my wife and I have almost finished it! Weather, work, and vacations have held it up. The kit was well thought-out; all fasteners had extras, so no running out. There were a couple of areas (roof section assembly, for example) where the written instructions were a bit weak; the 3-d "bilt" program accessed through the website or instructions was very helpful in any areas where the printed material lagged behind. A very pretty structure which seems built to last!
