Nice precut unit they have it figured out very well, if you build it yourself pay a lot of attention to the instruction as they are written. When they show you those high lighted instruction in red don't blow them off it will hurt you at the final step. Customer service was very helpful had a few pieces that had warps and they sent new ones right away. We bought a 12x20 and it has a lot of parts and big panels so have at least 3 to 4 people it sure makes it easy. We give it a 4 star because they have no 4.5 can't give it a 5 some of the instruction can be a little bit of a head scratcher and the film on the trim is super hard to get off so start early on working it off. All in all very happy with Gazebo it will surely be enjoyed by the family, material is good quality and packaging was very professional.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are enjoying our gazebo very much! My husband and I were able to assemble it over the course of a weekend. We did need a third person to help with one part of the wood assembly and when we had to raise the roof pieces. The wood foundation was a pretty simple and easy install. The roof was a bit harder - directions could have been a little clearer. Overall construction is solid.

The instructions, videos and clearly labeled parts, made the construction "easy" to do. The finished product has already become a favorite spot to hang out with family, friends, and each other. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this in June and we utilized it all summer long. We put furniture, bar and tv under it and lived out there. The only thing that we added that we didn’t have an option to buy was a gutter system. If this option was available I didn’t see it and would definitely use it.

I bought this last summer for my concrete patio. After some back and forth with the company contracted (through the backyard discovery website) to put these together, we ended up putting it together ourselves. It was not easy because we did not have the correct ladders or other equipment needed. Otherwise, we really like it.

This has only been up a few days. Product packaging was great, nothing damaged and no missing parts. You definitely need 2-3 people to assemble. Heaviest lift is the roof sections. All of the pre drilled holes lined up very well with only a few exceptions. Quality of wood and assembly brackets are very good. I can see why this has an excellent wind rating.

This piece is beautiful but took a long time to assemble. The instructions could have been a little more helpful instead of minimal pictures. Overall it was a good experience putting it together with my family in town! It’s something we will cherish.

Have had for over two months now, and it survived Hurricane Milton. Very sturdy and well made with high quality cedar wood. The shipment was perfect and no well packed box was too heavy. The Backyard arraigned installer did an excellent job in building it over a two day period.

My husband and I have been wanting a gazebo for so long. We finally purchased one and it has been the BEST addition to our home. We host a lot of parties and family get-togethers, the gazebo brings everyone excitment when they see how well built and beautiful this structure is in our backyard. My husband and I eat dinner almost every night under our gazebo while watching the sunset. This gazebo has brought nothing but happiness into our lives. Also, this gazebo protects my two Frenchies from the sun. I LOVE THIS GAZEBO! I definitely would love having another gazebo over our hottub one day!
