Didn't realize actually how big this was and wanted to put on my deck. Ordered it and my son and husband had to assemble it. They did some complaining about how long it was going to take, but the end result was worth it. I love it. I have wanted one forever. They did struggle with the roof as it took three strong men to lift. They didn't want me to show family how good it turned out because they don't want to assemble another one!

It's beautiful. It did take a long time for two men to assemble. And it took two additional people to get the panels of the roof in place. Also I didn't realize the support posts are hollow, so that was a bit of a disappointment, but it still seems pretty solid . We installed lights and a roll down shade as well. Overall it's beautiful and keeps us cool while we chill outside.

I purchased this Gazebo and it's everything I expected. Very sturdy so I do not have to worry about it blowing away and the elecrical panal is extremly convenient. No complaints about the actual product. My word of warning is DO NOT purchase the assembled product because you will have to use GoConfigure. Communication is extremly poor with this company and sometimes the contractors they hire do not know what they are doing. I canceled the assembly service as soon as I found out they were the 3rd party contractor and hired a local handyman to complete it. When I went to cancel, they hadn't even assigned a contractor and the material had been sitting in my driveway for over a week.

Product itself is great. The installers were great. Communication with Sams club was horrible. The unit was lost and they couldnt find it and left it for me the customer to call truckers,shippers and countless other pweople to find out where it was. Scheduling and cordination with Sams club is horrible. Cant speak and can only chat. Respnses come 2 days later. What a mess !! its up and enjoying it ! done with SAM's !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchaser this gazebo about a month and I will say that I absolutely love this Gazebo, the craftsmanship is incredible and the wood is Amazing!!

The quality of this is crap. Boards are bent, the roof trim doesn't lay right. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Great product for the price! A little difficult to assemble - needs at least 3 people to get the roof attached.
