The packaging was great and made sure my tv was safe in the box till I got it open.The picture and sound quality are top notch.. which is so important! Easy to set up and use make it perfect for anyone... this is such a great investment for a great price! This has exceeded my expectations! Definitely a high quality item that is built to last! Totally satisfied and will buy this brand for my next tv purchase!!!

I have to be within a foot or 2 to get the tv to work, it might as well be attached to the tv like the old school corded remotes. I did download the app on my phone and have figured out how to talk to google to control the phone which seems to work much better. I might try buying a universal remote to see if that works any better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV was out of the box and connected to our streaming account within minutes. Assembling the stand was super easy with the two included screws. On-screen set-up was fast as well. The picture quality and sound are great. The TV is very lightweight so I feel confident that if we decide to mount it on the wall it will be an easy task. I did have to do an online search to see how to adjust the picture quality-apparently it's within the individual apps. Overall, the TV is a great addition to our home and we are happy with it.

Phillips use to be a great reliable brand when I was young. But now it's one of the worst brands of televisions that you can buy. The sound is horrible, my Toshiba is louder and clearer on low than this Philips TV is on high. Plus the audio leveling does not work so you get blasted when commercials come on then the sound drops as soon as your movie or TV show comes back on. I thought the remote went bad so I bought replacement remotes only to realize that the problem is with the Philips television. I have to press the buttons several times before the TV responds. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on a PHILLIPS TV!!! Phillips must have switched and started using cheaply made parts. At least once a week I have to reset the TV which deletes everything so I have to re-add the streaming services and sign back in again.

She uses is constantly and we are so impressed with the picture and functions this TV has. She can navigate through menu with ease on her own to switch from streaming to gaming with her friends. The set up of the TV was also easy as I was able to do it on my own without my husband's assistance. We are overall very pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a decent tv for the price point. Not a great tv, but not the worst. It is easy to put together and setup. Only took a few moments to get it going. The pros: Easy to setup Lightweight (1 person can take it out of the box and pick it up) Android system works really good on it, quick and responsive The cons: Lots of artifacts, specially around hard edges. I was unable to fix this changing picture settings. Tv control buttons are on the back of the tv where they are hard to get to. HDMI ports are all on the back of the tv, facing straight out. So if you put this against the wall you can't use straight cables. There's no room for them. So don't get your hopes up on this being a great tv for cheap. It's a cheap tv for cheap. If you don't have much money and want a 4k android tv, this works. Just don't expect true 4k pictures on it.

Most importantly, the quality of the picture and sound is great. The speakers on the TV are loud enough and have a quality sound so I didn't have to add any speakers. This tv looks high end and I really enjoy watching my favorite movies and shows on it. It looks amazing in my bedroom and I look forward to using it everyday.
