[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a amazing smart TV easy to set up I mounted this TV right out the box with no problem it's very light so easy for 1 person to do alone the picture quality is amazing 4k beautiful seamless videos it came pre installed with a few most popular apps and you can add your own very easily once you connect your Google account you can also add your stuff from your tablet laptop or phone to your TV I have to say I love this TV my 2nd Phillips TV I have owned in the last 10 years

Had to call to get the size of the wall mount bolt holes because the paper said one size and it was incorrect. Much lighter than my old tv. Another disadvantage is that it doesn't default to your last input used .Easy to use features.Great color in HD.Going to connect my sound bar for the volume I need for my room.

The volume is perfect, not too loud and not too quiet. You can download so many apps to stream your favorite TV shows and movies. We were watching our favorite TV show within 15 minutes of setting up the TV! Everything was straightforward with the instructions and setup. You won't be disappointed with this TV!

The prompts walk you through the whole process easily. The picture is so bright and clear! I am very impressed! I am not an android user but it was super easy to connect to my iPhone and use. I love it! I love how you can add the Disney + app to the home screen and the remote also has a Netflix button! I would highly recommend this tv!

The packaging was great and made sure my tv was safe in the box till I got it open.The picture and sound quality are top notch.. which is so important! This TV when it shuts off goes into a mode that is impossible to get it to turn back on. I read reviews that you have to press quickly on the remote off button on not hold it down, still doesn't work if you are a day before turning the TV back on. It is a nuisance as I have to unplug the TV and plug it back on to make it work.

Its light and all I had to do was screw the feet on! And then it walks you through the set up very easy and quick! The picture quality on the TV is so nice compared to other TV we've had. Kids are able to navigate through apps and the remote with no problem as well!!! I highly recommend this tv for its great futures!!!! Love love love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is awesome having a 50 inch 4k TV . But the smart TV features were disappointing. I couldn't Chromecast my videos without it crashing. YouTube TV kept crashing, too. I also didn't like the way the apps were limited in how they could be arranged. Also, no Amazon video app. The USB port in the back doesn't have enough power input to power a Roku. It is cool having a smart TV...I just wish it was smarter.

You did not need.ti be a technical person to set this up or operate anything in it. It is loaded with everything and the sound and picture are great. Even the legs are stronger and more stable than other sets I have had. I have enjoyed this a hope to enjoy it for a long time. Everyone I have told or shared this with had the same opinions I did..they all love it.

First off I will say if you use the IN STORE quantity it does update in real time as I bought the last 65 today and it's now out of stock - to the tv, awesome volume can barley turn it up halfway (something other tvs struggle with) the picture is great and the smart tv feature is cool as it eliminates our AMAZON FIRESTICK! Tv links right up to your Wi-Fi and has all apps available to download - I like SCREEN MIRRORING from my phone to tv for YouTube - price was $398 and for a 65 that's a great price you could pay 100-150 more for a Samsung or Sony but there's no point as it's a depreciating asset. The Phillips picture looks nice and it definitely does the job for a technology forward household. Thanks Phillips!!!
