Hi there, We're responding to the issues that you're having with scanning channels and streaming DirecTV. Low signal strength and signal quality can cause poor picture quality, a black screen, or a No Signal message to display on your TV. Go to [SETTINGS] > [ALL SETTINGS] > [CHANNEL TUNING] > [MANUAL TUNING]. Check the Signal Strength and quality of the selected channel. In regard to streaming Directv. Press the Home button on your remote (if you are not already there). Select Find. Select Search and enter DIRECTV STREAM. ... Select the DIRECTV STREAM icon. Select Download to begin download.
