Great bike

I purchased this bike and love it. Great quality, very sturdy comes with two 3 lb weights. Easy to adjust seat and handle bars. I connected my tablet to the ifit, which makes it feel like you're on a real outdoor ride. I highly recommend it.

Display/Control panel quit working=Nothing works!

How to fix or replace the control /display panel...withoutthis working its useless..might as well be pumping air! Plus battery operation sucks! batteries die quick and replace panel is extremely hard to get to.I replaced batteries and looked ofr a reset button..but nada. The sames club personnel who put ittogether when i bought ca floor model,mayb have not connected wires securely? I did not get a manual...and am not a mechanic or electrician...so now i am screwed...its worthless without these functions! cat even use as a paperweight!(: Should make this with Electric connection. no off button so batteries die fast and hard to access updsie down,the way the panel and battery compartment are designed is ____!

Display will not turn off

There is zero literature about this. You can’t get help either. My display will not turn off! There is no combination of button pressing that shuts it off. I can’t even find the manual for this specific bike online. Every other pro-form manual is available. So my hard to get to batteries are always dying. Aggravating!

Doc We are sorry to hear that the display on your machine won’t turn off. Are you connecting a smart device to the console? If so, be sure to fully disconnect your device from the unit when not in use. The console should automatically turn off if no buttons are pressed, if the pedals are not moved, and if a smart device is not connected. Tension!!!

I can’t decrease the tension therefore I can’t use the bike!

love this bike

Love this bike. I have my tablet connected to if it and away I go. Love riding with the ifit trainers. When your tablet is connected in order to turn display off your tablet must be turned off. Great bike
