Buyer beware. I am on a bike, going nowhere.

It was alright until it needed an update. Now it does not repsond, When I can connect to the bike with my tablet, my iFit app syays it cannot continue untl it updates. It tries to update the bike, then a message comes up that says it cannot finish the update. This has been going on for months. The customer service is unreachable. I guess I have a stationary bike with no resisitance controls. It is not longer a smart bike. My interest in this is dwindling. So fair warning, since I cannot do anything else to help this situation, I am at least leaving a review to warn you.

Worst company and customer service ever!!!

Not sure if it’s a good product or not🤷‍♂️. Why? Because I’ve had it for a month and a half and have yet to be able to use it!!!! The console didn’t work from day one and I’m still waiting to get it!!! Without it, the bike doesn’t work!!! The customer service has been the absolute worst!!! Can’t get to anyone on the phone and when i finally did, the call dropped and Noel one called me back! I had to go through 100 menus to get to someone and go through the whole process again!!! This is insane!!!! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, but I have to put a 1 star that they don’t even deserve!!! How does SAMS associate with them is a shame!!! I buy this through sams and can’t deal with them even if for a refund!!!

Poor Quality Control-Wrong Screws or DrilledHoles

There were three screws/bolts that came with the bike...no way that these three will work. Either the wrong screws\bolts were put in the box or the holes were drilled wrong.

The bike is defected & still waiting for 13 days…

The resistance of the wheel is VERY HIGH and cannot be reset. I called iFit 3 times… Finally, they told me that something wrong internally; they will ship us some wires to connect a switch that is not working well. It has been over 13 days and the wires have not been shipped. The stationary bike is a Christmas gift to my wife and today is the day aftee Christmas!

you'll be on hold for 5+ hours when it breaks

I've spent over 20 hours on hold trying to get my bike fixed after a peddle fell off. My last call had a wait time of 5 hours 17 minutes. Why Sam's sell from this vendor i don't know but if it ever breaks and honestly I figure it will. You'll be out a lot of time and money and I doubt you'll ever get it fixed.

WASTE OF $

GARBAGE. The first one I purchased I assembled it and the pedal would not assemble. Returned it to the store for a new bike. Assembled the bike (Pedal first to make sure it assembled) and the monitor doesn't work/turn on! The bike resistance doesn't work unless the monitor is functioning to change resistance. Emailed them almost a week now and no response. Called and was n hold for one hour and ten minutes and hung up. TERRIBLE customer service. I'm taking this one back too!

Defective and horrible proform support

Ours was defective. The documentation that comes with the bike says don't return it to the store contact support so that's what we did. Getting a response from support in nearly impossible beyond their automated reply which sends you articles that aren't even relevant to your equipment. So much for a warranty
