i was worried when i saw "smart" humidifier, i was worried about connection issues if i just really wanted to use it. but that wasn't the case. really easy to use. Very quiet and lots of customization of mist production. its REALLY nice that the top of the tank comes off, you can just wipe it out to clean it instead of trying to fit your hand into a small hole on other humidifiers. long life cleanable filter makes it even better. app works fine, as expected, you can operate the humidifier from the unit without the app or wifi. we got ours just in time for all the kids to get sick, saved us from messing with less user friendly units. worth buying.

We have never owned a humidifier before, but I don't know if we could ever live without one now. I never wanted to get one because they were always so big and bulky and ugly and I Didn't realize how helpful they are especially was sick kiddos. This is the prettiest humidifier you'll ever see and it works great!

Absolutely love the ease of use for this humidifier. HOWEVER, I'm not sure how most reviewers find cleaning so easy. Once any build up occurs in the tank's chimney, it is absolutely impossible to remove. No brush fits in the small crevices, and using white vinegar per the instructions does nothing to remove scale. Afraid I may have to move on to a new product after only 3 weeks (noting that I have cleaned the product weekly).

First thing I loved about this humidifier is that it is a smart humidifier and I control it from my phone with an app. That is such a great feature and convenience! The way it adjust to the temperature and humidity of the room it's placed in is amazing. No more guessing what setting to put the humidifier on. The night light on the bottom is a nice bonus. I also love how the is a diffuser tray so there is an option to add scents. This is hands down the best humidifier I have ever owned!

Hands down a 10/10. Has a huge cartridge for water. I don't have to refill multiple times a day with my previous humidifier. The settings are very easy. The look is modern and blends in well with my decor. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new humidifier. This is it!

This humidifier is really nice! It has a few settings and you can have it set at a certain time or temperature! You can use the actual buttons on the humidifier or (if you can get it set up to connect to wifi - you can use it on the app on your phone!) We really liked this humidifier.. with the exception of setting it up on the app and wifi. We tried several different phones, unplugging and reconnecting our modem etc and tried on different days and unplugging the machine. Literally anything we can think of, we did, and nothing worked. And I'm tech savvy. So, I'm not sure if it's my machine or what.. but since i can use it with the actual machine it wasn't a huge deal. But it would be nice to see what is available on the app. The machine itself has a sleek modern look and has a wooden type finish on the bottom quarter on the machine. It isn't too big but not too small either if that makes sense... i was able to fit it on a average size night stand along with my normal size lamp and phone block. It also has timer settings and a sleep timer, a temp or humidity sensor so it can shut it self down. Beware though, if you use it regularly like i do, you will find yourself having to pain stakingly fill the water reservoir a lot. But it's manageable. Overall it's nice and convenient! Our only issue was the connection to wifi/app not working.

This humidifier is great, and I like that I can control it with my phone. It's been working great at keeping the air moist especially in the winter when nasal passages get dried out easily. We're very happy with how quiet and low profile this machine is.

The smart humidifier that keeps us comfortable at night. It's worked well when we had colds and had hard time sleeping at night. It looks great on our dresser and doesn't get the walls wet like some other machines. Highly recommend it for anyone who's home feels dry.

Humidifiers have always been needed since my daughter was born but she always touched them & broke 2. So glad for this one with the parent lock feature. So easy to work with my phone don't have to be constantly getting up through the night! Purchasing another 2 for other rooms!

While I like the function of this humidifier, the app control, and the quietness, I am quite annoyed to find out that it is based on the ultrasonic humidifying technique. We have particularly hard water, so the ultrasonic is not a great option, and there are the uncertain results of studies showing the safetyness of vaporizing mineral-laden water. So to err on the side of caution, I wanted to get a humidifier that uses evaporation, rather than ultrasonic vaporization. Nowhere on this site does it say that it is ultrasonic, and there is a carbon filter. So I made the unwise assumption, and got it. Two days in, and there is a solid white film on nearby dark surfaces. And a deeper look at third parties prescriptions indicate the truth. Extremely frustrating and concerning that Safety 1st doesn't think it is warranted to include one of the most basic descriptions of the type of humidifier it is, directly on their product page.
