[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been a few weeks and I'm very impressed with our Stearns & Foster Medium Reserve queen mattress. It's high quality, durable and comfortable. It's the perfect balance of firm and comfortable without being too lightweight and unsupportive. I see this as a long term piece that is high quality.

Still under warranty and will not help us replace our mattress that has a two and a half inch sagging on each side where we sleep worst mattress and worst experience I have ever had in my life trying to get help to get a replacement mattress because it's still under warranty. Will never recommend having a sterns and Foster again they are the worst!!!! Worst experience that I've ever had in my life trying to get help to replace the mattress that is under warranty!

Due to medical reasons, I cannot sleep on my back. This mattress did not disappoint with pressure point relief when side sleeping. Great support also for stomach sleepers. You cannot go wrong with this mattress! This is the best investment I've made for myself in years! Highly recommend!

It has just the right amount of firmness (I can't stand mattresses that are too soft or too firm). The pillow top is a nice luxurious touch also that most mattresses don't have. We recommend the mattress highly.

The worst mattress I've ever owned after 8 months of trying to get used to it we had to put in guest room we are using our old mattress again just after 4 hours of sleeping on it causes lower back pain for both of us my wife weighs 115 lb and I weigh 250 makes no difference it sinks in when we sleep on it . I went through all the hoops for warranty and lots of pictures broom stick test and receipt for customer support said our box spring was not compatible and there was no defect in their product. The sleep galleria we purchased at is out of business . No replacement or warranty I advise anyone not to buy before knowing about the full warranty.

Purchased a new S&F Reserve Med Tight Top Queen from a furniture store in July. Had previously owned a S&F from 2001 - 2008. It sagged terribly at about 8 yrs but neither the very reputable furniture company where I purchased it nor S&F honor the 10-year warranty. I did turn the mattress over as instructed. The salesperson whom I purchased my new mattress told me the new mattresses were so much more advanced and they will not sag. The new mattress was delivered at the end of August. I usually sleep in the middle but have a tendency to move a lot in bed and end up on side. I decided to go to bed on the opposite side of the mattress for a change. Needless to say that side was much firmer than the other. I am small build and low weight. I did not expect this new mattress to get somewhat saggy in less than four months. I do like being able to raise the head and feet at times, but I only raise the head slightly rather than using two pillows, I don't use it like a chair.

We have had this mattress for a year and a half and already replacing it! Worst mattress ever for the high dollar price it was! We gave it a chance in the beginning thinking it just needed breaking in but then it was past the time to return it. So poorly made that you feel every lump, the indentations stay put and you roll into them each night and feels like you are going to roll out of bed. You feel every movement of the other one. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I have never felt this bad with body aches and pains after a sleep. We both now need physical therapy to fix our problems. Husband has back issues that have worsened as well. Can't even turn over without difficulty! From leg pain, hip pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, and muscles spasms this mattress has caused more issues than it's worth. Don't even get me started on how HOT it sleeps! We wake up in sweats! Literally money wasted on this S & F Lux Estate pillow top medium edition. Never again. I do not recommend this product.

This mattress is hot and well, saggy. I am not that large but if I lie in the middle of the bed, I create a 4-6 inch impression which makes movement hard. I guess it is the memory foam that does that since it was not apparent at first. I have had a few back surgeries and need more support to keep my back in alignment.

Beautiful color and design of our new Reserve pillowtop firm matress. It pairs perfectly with our smart ergo platform for the best comfort and support you could ask for. This soft mattress is of good quality and is, indeed quite soft. The thing that concerned my on delivery was the flimsyness (only way I can think to describe it) of the mattress itself. The man carrying it had it over his head and it was bending down to his shoulders. I worry that this bed lacks the internal infrastructure to stand up to nightly use by two average-sized adults for an extended period of time. If you like very soft mattresses, this S&L Lux Hybrid Soft Queen is a hit. If you like any firmness to your mattress, though, this is not the one to choose.
