Now I understand that the Fullology set is designed for thin and fine hair. I have always had thick hair however as I have gotten older, I notice more shedding and thinning near my temples, front hairline and excessive shedding. The shedding along with a naturally oily scalp makes it harder to keep any volume past day 2. I was excited to see if the shampoo would give a squeaky-clean feeling and hoping the conditioner would give volume. My first impressions of the Fullology line were positive. I am not a fan of floral scents, so I was apprehensive as the noted scents include floral however I was pleasantly surprised that the fragrance of all three products is fresh and fruity! Like honeydew melon. The shampoo is fresh and lathers well. I did get a squeaky-clean result and did not have to repeat. I normally don't apply conditioner to my roots however this time I did as I wanted to see the effect on volume. The conditioner also smells very fresh and doesn't feel heavy. Once out of the shower, I followed up with a quick towel dry, I applied the leave-in spray only on the temples, front and crown. The spray smells nice and I appreciate it isn't a mist that way I can concentrate on specific areas. After a quick blow dry, I immediately noticed a difference. My hair felt full and bouncy. I was impressed at how smooth it came out as I normally follow up my blow dry with the flat iron. I also didn't lose so many strands while washing or drying. You can really see the difference in my photos. The first picture of my hair before; dark, flat and weighed down by excess oil. The after is pretty impressive. You can see the natural color of my hair, the bounciness along with volume and soft shine in the areas I mentioned above. Overall, excellent results. I know Nexxus has been around for a long time and it's known for their awesome hair products. The shampoo and conditioner did not disappoint. My hair is really long and tends to run on dry side. It smells wonderful and really left my hair feeling soft after just one use. I noticed my curls liked really nice afterwards too. As for the leave in spray. I was kind of meh. It doesn't have the slip that I need to comb thru my hair. I also felt like I had to use a lot of it. Seemed like it is a little thick as a mist maybe? I just wasn't feeling it s much as the shampoo and conditioner. For reference I used a curling cream and let it air dry. The two pictures of my hair are before and after shots. Another plus, you get nice sized bottles in this kit, when isn't always the case when you but products in a kit. From an affordability factor, it's definitely worth the price for what you get. Used 1 time. Brushed and put my hair in a bun as usual. When I took it down later my waves were kinky frizz. I barely got my brush through it. It was so dry and stuck out like Roseanne Roseannandana off Saturday Night Live! Look her up! I have never have a hair product do this to my hair. I do not recommend.

I have really enjoyed using the Nexxus Fullology regimen. My hair looks more moisturized and had much less fly aways. The size of the bottles is a little small for the larger price tag. The shampoo cleans very gently leaving hair not stripped, but might require a double wash. The conditioner is very thick and moisturizing. I had such high expectations as I've been very happy with other Nexxus products. But after using this 3 step regimen set the past few wks I am somewhat disappointed. First the positives. It is a good value for the 3 full size products. The scent is amazing. But that is where it stops for me. After shampooing I noticed my hair felt really stripped and dry. Even after conditioning my hair felt off. Followed up with the leave in spray hoping something magical would happen. Nope. Now while my hair did seem a bit fuller, it felt sooo dry and even frizzy. I wanted to use this for a while before I reviewed them so I could give an accurate explanation. I have curly 3c hair. My hair is below my shoulders, so I would say mid length. The first week, the shampoo and conditioner with the leave in treatment were fantastic. I kept using it as I washed my hair 3 to 4 times a week. It's usually on the dry side, so if I wash my hair more, it tends to break off. I found that with this regimen, I could wash a bit more often, which told me this was quality products. I would highly recommend it.
