I tried the fullology hair regimen by NEXXUS and I didn’t get the results I was expecting. The products smell really nice and the value you get for the price is great as well. My hair texture is thick and so maybe this product just isn’t made for my hair type, but after using, my hair felt kind of rough and dry. The shampoo was nice with a good lather. The conditioner was ok. It didn’t do the best job detangling my hair. The root spray is what I think made my hair more rough in texture. I have used other nexxus products and love them so that is why I figure my hair is just not the right type for it. I let my hair air dry and I could really feel my hair kind of lackluster, but I tried blow drying my hair after my second use and my results were drastically better. I think the heat is the key. After heat styling , my hair seemed to stay styled for hours which is great. Overall, my hair looked great in the end, but the way my hair felt was not the best for me. I would probably just continue using other nexxus products and leave this hair regimen for the girlies with finer hair that are looking for texture and more volume. I really like Fullology. The shampoo and conditioner have such a great scent. I like that this kit comes with a leave in spray too. After washing I applied the spray and let it air dry. This set has been great for my color treated hair. It has not stripped the color and it has really left my curls looking softer and hydrated. I received the this in exchange for my honest opinion.  

Bought this after reading mixed reviews and decided it might be to my benefit because I have fine/thin hair. NOPE. Stuff was terrible. Made my hair immediately feel like straw, it was tangled and ratted, just not what you would want or expect from a "luxury" brand product.

My hair is very fine texture and currently I'm battling some damage and over drying. I'm very particular on the products I use as I don't want to lose volume but also don't want products to strip my hair dry . This has the best of both worlds . It's super hydrating for my hair but I still get volume and most importantly it's helping protect and save my damaged hair . I already see and feel a noticeable difference. The smell is absolutely fabulous as well as the leave in trearment mist/ oil is light and doesn't make hair look greasy and protects my hair from tangles being pulled out . Highly recommend this set! I’ve got fine hair and consistently struggle with volume without piling on a ton of product. After using this on five hair washes with the leave in treatment, I’m achieving the kind of body post-blow dry I’ve long wanted. The scent is lovely-it’s a bit like apples, and has good staying power. Super happy I gave this a try!

Now I understand that the Fullology set is designed for thin and fine hair. I have always had thick hair however as I have gotten older, I notice more shedding and thinning near my temples, front hairline and excessive shedding. The shedding along with a naturally oily scalp makes it harder to keep any volume past day 2. I was excited to see if the shampoo would give a squeaky-clean feeling and hoping the conditioner would give volume. My first impressions of the Fullology line were positive. I am not a fan of floral scents, so I was apprehensive as the noted scents include floral however I was pleasantly surprised that the fragrance of all three products is fresh and fruity! Like honeydew melon. The shampoo is fresh and lathers well. I did get a squeaky-clean result and did not have to repeat. I normally don't apply conditioner to my roots however this time I did as I wanted to see the effect on volume. The conditioner also smells very fresh and doesn't feel heavy. Once out of the shower, I followed up with a quick towel dry, I applied the leave-in spray only on the temples, front and crown. The spray smells nice and I appreciate it isn't a mist that way I can concentrate on specific areas. After a quick blow dry, I immediately noticed a difference. My hair felt full and bouncy. I was impressed at how smooth it came out as I normally follow up my blow dry with the flat iron. I also didn't lose so many strands while washing or drying. You can really see the difference in my photos. The first picture of my hair before; dark, flat and weighed down by excess oil. The after is pretty impressive. You can see the natural color of my hair, the bounciness along with volume and soft shine in the areas I mentioned above. Overall, excellent results. The shampoo and conditioner have a nice consistency don't need much to lather up and clean. The smell is amazing. the root spray works nice but I have not noticed that it made much of a difference since I started using it about a month ago. This hair regimen set works wonders on my thin hair. It contains amino acids, rosemary, and vitamin B7, which help strengthen and prevent hair breakage while adding volume. So far, I am very pleased with the results. These products make my hair look smooth, shiny, and voluminous. Additionally, they have a nice, pleasant scent.
