It has many settings and 5 different attachments as well as a booklet to give suggestions as to which attachment to use for different areas of the body. The case it comes in is very well made and keeps everything together neatly.

I usually ask my husband to run it out but my kinks are usually so deep it wears his hands out. This massager goes deep and not much power is needed. Even the lower levels are pretty efficient. I found the higher levels to be too much. The numerous attachments are good, but I havent found a need to use them all yet. Overall, a decent, effective tool.

Some don’t work or help at all. Some work a little, but awkward to use. I got the Sharper Image Deep Tissue massager with a case. There are many different kinds of attachments. Each one has it own use and works great. It looks like a hair dryer, but weighs less. Very easy to control and use. There is 3 different speeds so you are sure to find one that works for you. My problems are my back and neck. What I like about it the most is you can get to your problem areas with no effort. Works amazing and I will never buy any other massager ever.

I've been going to the chiropractor, getting massages etc for years and nothing seems to work all that great. I have only been using this massager for a about a month and within the first week it had already made such a huge difference. My muscles are a lot more relaxed and my knots are virtually gone. The battery is really great too. It seems to last over 4 hours. You can use it on any part of your body. It's easily transportable if you need to travel with it or take it to the gym, for example. And comes with a nice case to make carrying easy. It has various attachment heads that really make a difference too. This is a great product and I would 100% recommend it.
