It has three settings and lots of different heads to change for different areas that you need the relief. It really helped relief my soreness and make it heal faster it seemed! I get muscle cramps and I use the flat attachment it does large areas and i am getting them less frequently. It has multiple attachments and it is cordless. A must have in my opinion.

I was leery about getting one of these massagers, but I'm glad I did. It has six different speeds so you can find the one that's right for you. It also has five attachments to target the area you want. This is a good quality massager that is very quiet. It lasts a long time on a charge. The case it comes in is very nice and everything fits inside.

I pull muscles in my back at work a lot. Not because I'm not lifting right, it's the tight areas and the contorted positions of pulling crates. I wish I had this massage a couple weeks ago when I had to go to the Doctors and get a shot to finish out my day at work.The next day it was worse and had to purchase a back brace. I have been to pain management and received different treatments from pressure point to being stretched to ease the tension in my back. One thing they could not do was crack my back and for years my back has not been cracked. I use the Massager up and down my spine after long days on my feet and heavy lifting. Each one can be used to target a specific muscle or area of the body. I lift weights and often have sore muscles in my shoulders and thighs and this massager has really helped me loosen them up.
