Purchased in 2021 black screen In 2024... its in my finished basement turned on once a month.... also purchased a 75in for the living room used daily also black screen.... they only last 3 years

we wanted a larger tv for our living room and decided on the samsung with crystal uhd. the quality is unmatched in my book. it's literally like you are in the show with whoever you're watching.

My TV Does not have the multi view feature as advertised. I've called multiple times for help or to complain that there is no multi view feature. I keep getting told someone will get back to me and no one has.

Very big and super easy to use remote. TV connects to all my Samsung appliances. It is hard to find a wall support for it. Beautiful picture and good sound.

It's like going to a theater everyday. Huge 86” screen has a clear picture and vivid colors. The sound is quality is very good, much better than other televisions I've experienced. Looking forward to years of enjoyment.

Bought it 2 weeks ago and it already is my favorite, I like the 86 inch size wow!!! I will definitely buy bigger next time. The installer was fantastic, I recommend samsung installation for safety and handling AA+
