This has been a fantastic product. It captured a major wreck that was not our fault and was shared with Law Enforcement and Insurance company. This made it so we did not get a rate increase.

I installed in in my rear window to capture the license plate #s of tailgaters. A magnetic mount, in lieu of the included adhesive mount, would be a great improvement for the Garmin Mini Dash Cam.

I have to turn on the car to power it on, wait 30-seconds for the light to turn red prior to starting the car. If I don’t, the camera locks up and does not record. Did this from day 1

When I pull the card from the camera and put it in my computer I am referred to the Garmin web site and can't retrieve data The VIRB APP will not interface with the dash cam.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago so I havent had alot of time with it. So far it works great! Paired with app very easily. I use it as a rear view camera. I have Garmin 66w for the front. I would definatley recommend.

I had this installed and configured in 30 minutes. I used the OBD accessory, not sold here, for power, connected it to my phone and configured without an issue. This is the third dashcam I have tried and by far my favorite.

Pros: It's small, discreet and easy to install. Cons: You need the Garmin app to set it up and the upload via wifi feature takes FOREVER. That said, its easy to pull the sd card and view the footage on your computer.

I bought this to try out in my car that I drive back and forth to work. Easy to setup and pretty good quality if you view footage via pc. Viewing through the app on my phone is not the greatest and seems to lag.
