I've owned this TV about a month now, and still having trouble sorting channels. The instructions included are not good. If try to select certain channels the guides only show the channels preventing me from checking out other channels. I would like a way to deselect certain genre,ex. Westerns,drama,ect. This would make finding channels I like easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The USB port is v2.0. on a TV that thinks it is so advanced, a simple v3.0 USB port is a basic requirement. When trying to use an ethernet to USB adapter to up the download streaming speed on this TV, the TV does not allow it. Poor.

We purchased the TV on May 3, 2024 and we love it! The picture quality is great, the sound is awesome! We've added the VIZIO 5.1 Soundbar with Dolby Atmos, and it sounds even better! Granted it was on salel so we got a great price! I would highly recommend this TV to everyone! Love it!

I bought this tv about half a month ago. The clarity and colours is amazing when watching movies or playing games on the PS5. The setup for the tv was also easy. The free LG Channels ip streaming feature is nice to have for those without cable packages, so when nothing can be found on Netflix or Disney+ can check out what’s streaming on lg channels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you want voice control for your television you have to buy the special magic remote control. All that comes with the TV is a standard remote. This is not cool. An additional cost for an accessory that should have been included in the box just for voice control. Typical corporate greed at play here. I'm sure I'm not the only one to speak out about this. If more companies would benefit the consumer experience they would encourage biyer loyalty and expand profits by word of mouth alone. LG can afford to do better by their customers. If the TV has capability for voice control built into the device, it's disingenuous to charge extra for an added device to make the built-in app work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had this TV for a day and quite frankly I’m a little bit disappointment even though the TV itself is amazing. I bought the 86 inch LG UHD AI ThinQ with surprisingly when trying to look up this TV I really couldn’t find anything on the TV because the name is a little bit different and the image for this TV is it the same as the image for this post advice. The image quality and sound is both great and amazing in my opinion especially because I’m replacing my 65 inch Toshiba TV that’s a 2008 with this TV. Needless to say, the technology at my house was lacking. The thing that I’m disappointing about is I spent hours trying to figure out how to speak to Alexa and a Google on the TV as advertised when in fact there is no built-in voice recognition even though there is a voice recognition setting on the TV. The advertisement for this device says that there’s built-in Alexa and Google, however, research has shown me that I would have to need the magic controller which is SOLD SEPARATELY from the controller that is given to you in the box. It’s quite disappointing especially after spending the money and being a person that has severe buyers remorse. The built-in Alexa was one of the determinating factors of why I bought this TV. I have yet to test 120 Hz refresh rate which is the other contributing factor so I will see how that goes. As of now , the false advertisement for Google and Alexa tears my review down to four stars. I just buy this 70-4k-uhd-led-smart-tv-70uq7070-best quality for the price , one tip I can give you folks or TV customer , please get the best reception by your cable company ! if you dont you wont get the same image quality. I am with Bell fiber 4K and you will get the best image. I had others cable company and you wont get the same Image quality and options. I got also LG 55 for about 6 years and still verry nice****** I will recommend extended waranty for this TV size just in case something going wrong ! just my sugestion Pierre
