very happy with product . instruction manual totally inadequate. spent time with Hazel in telephone support and received necessary start up proceedures. Product received in excellant condition but I would never be able set up with present operating manual.

Set-up was very easy and the picture is crystal clear. Really like the accessibility of the smart TV. Netflix and everything else right at your fingertips. Very happy with this purchase.

I find it a little difficult entering information using the on screen keyboard. Took me much longer to set up all the streaming accounts then I expected. Had to restart many times.

I purchased this television as a Mother's Day gift from my children. I love the clarity, sound quality, and amazing features offered. I upgraded my remote to the Magic Remote, and it's the absolute best. I wish it had already come with the television, but it's my first LG, and I'm so glad I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for my new apartment last month, and I am absolutely in love! The quality of picture and sound is remarkable. The home screen is so easy to navigate through apps and the feature of being able to use your phone as a remote is so convenient. And it feels like I have a smart phone as a television and I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase.

The TV is excellent and I'm still learning so the minor dislikes maybe something I can fix but haven't figured it out yet. The first dislike is the remote. The buttons are small and its not real easy to use, especially in low light conditions. I ended up ordering an LG magic remote to replace the one provided which should solve that issue. The next is the TV will automatically choose the premier LG channel at times when hitting the home button. Its not really a big deal just minor annoyance. The last issue is the home screen is some what hard to navigate however with the magic remote this shouldn't be an issue. Aside from those points the TV is great. The image is clear, bright, and works really well for me. Set up and over all operation was very simple and integration with a sound bar was very easy. The speakers work well enough that a sound bar was not needed but we had it already so opted to use it.

Consider "Picture" "Sound" "Features" "Price" and "Setup" no further on this base model LG UHD TV. Upgraded from a 9 year old LG 55 in. that has always worked flawlessly with this 75 in. model. Only glitch in the pairing with a Denon AVR-S960H, was due to sub-standard HDMI cables. The symptom was constant flashing of the sound settings when I attempted to switch audio from TV to eARC.

Love that it starts up where I was (In Netflix or on regular channels, etc.) and that way I can resume a show or binge watching a series the next day!
