It was very easy to open up and get running out of the box. I liked the scent I tried, true to description it's a zesty orange and vanilla scent that's not too sweet or overpowering, but still distinctly noticeable in the air.

They’re like the wall plugs in but they last longer and you can put it anywhere you’d like! The ease of being able to put it up somewhere higher so it’ll spread into any room is fantastic. It was really easy to set up and started working right away. I like that there is a setting to choose what strength you want it to be - in a small office, that’s important bc it can get overwhelming quickly, but this doesn’t. Overall I am very pleased with this and will probably purchase refills once this one is out

I’m not sure of the technical name for the colored plastic caps, but neither one will loosen or come off. I tried everything—my fingers, my teeth, and even asked a male friend to help, but they are just completely stuck.
