I’m not sure of the technical name for the colored plastic caps, but neither one will loosen or come off. I tried everything—my fingers, my teeth, and even asked a male friend to help, but they are just completely stuck.

It was incredibly easy to put together, you just pop the plug in in just like you would with the wall plug ins. Then you just plug it in and set it to the level that you want! I use the medium scent level for my living room area. There’s also a boost button that you can press if you need an instant burst of scent!! I highly recommend!

I got sent the calm scents which includes lavender and vanilla bean and I really like these 2 together. I was a little nervous using it in my bedroom thinking the scent would be overpowering but you can control the levels of scent release from turning it off completely & 3 different levels if intensity.

Packaging is nice & the ability to use a variety of plug-ins over handling actual hot oil that only offers one scent is good, safe thinking Febreze. Downy Calm is lovely & I immediately smell it after pushing for a scent Boost. Extra star for the additional plug-in for after the 1st is low & the vibe of the ambient blue Boost light! I recommend it best for smaller spaces.
