We’d love to share some helpful tips. <br /><br />After the device has been running for a few minutes, try pressing the boost button with a refill inserted. Boost will not work without a refill inserted. <br />You will see a blue light around the base of the device while it is boosting, and you will notice a more intense fragrance in about 10 minutes. <br />If you do not see a blue light, check that the unit is turned ON. Boost will only work in the ON setting and only with a refill.<br />The intensity settings correspond to room size – if you do not smell it in the room, try adjusting the intensity switch upwards and wait ~30 mins. <br /><br />Your experience and feedback matter to us, and we’d love an opportunity to continue assisting you.
