I like the way the bottlle pours into the reservoir in the printer. There is no mess because of the tip remaining closed until it is engaged with the top of the reservoir. It begins printing the color immediately. The color seems true and it works well. It isn't nearly as expensive as the cartridges and toner I had to purchase for my other HP printers.

I always use HP ink, because they make my printouts brighter than other other products. I prefer to use this product since I find it more compatable with my HP printer

Good morning! We love our HP Printer like no other! It’s lasted so long without having to refill ink! Do a lot of printing and have not had to change bottles! A miracle compared with cartridges machines! We recently ordered more ink for the future. Thank you for a fabulous product. Printing in color comes out fabulously sharp, clear and true. Karen & Dave

I have had my Smart Tank printer for one year and it has utilized the original HP 31 Color Ink Combo bottles. I still have approximately 1/2 supply of my original color ink bottles remaining. I proactively purchased this new combo set to eventually enjoy another extend service life of getting great color results for the many, many print deliverables.

I have enough ink to last me for a good while.

Easy to install and very good quality

The problems I'm complaing about is actually with the single black in bottoles. My black in on my tank printer was empty. After installing a new bottle following instructions we notced the black in under the printer. I assume the amount in the bottle was too much for the ink resivoir and overflowed. It did clean up a lot easier than we expected. In other words it did not stain the area underneath the printer at all. It is possible it was operator error. Maybe the printer in fact was not all the way empty. I do not know that answer. I am 80 so maybe it was just me that messed up?

Even with high quality print paper and applying the noted settings, the color contrast does not appear in print as it does on screen. Notably "blue" is a more muted blue in appearance and "purple" is much more subtle, "red" less rich, even with bold, that appears on screen. Disappointing contrast on new printer so the print heads are new and tanks are full.

Kind of difficult to install. Have to turn them upside down.
