Samsclub is the worst place to buy gift cards and especially DAMINOS the most most worst gift card. Samsclub will not support when cards are not working either in store (store Managers) and Samsclub corporate customer service people.

My review is of Sam's Club not Domino's. Sam's says only 2 purchases per membership "for some time." I text with them asking when I could buy again. They said wait about two weeks. Its been over a month and it still will NOT allow me to buy it again. So ridiculous. 2 per month is NOTHING. It should automatically allow at least that, or better, what the Sam's agent said of 2 per two week period. I mean come on folks!

Ordered on February 2nd and still waiting for the item. Tried to call cs, got hung up on the first try then called again and was transferred to a store in Virginia that couldn't help. Called my local store they couldn't help. Called another cs number explained everything then was transferred to another rep. and had to explain everything again. Horrible experience. Not worth the savings of $5.

I purchased these Dmino's gift cards for a cheerleading team so we can feed them for away games. The price was fantastic! I received 4 x $25 gift cards on time. The issue was that 3 of them were activated and 1 was not. I had to call to see the issue. They told me it should have been activated. They had to send the info the the GC dept and that it would take an additional 24-48 hours to be activated. MY SUGGESTION IS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ACTIVE AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVE to be sure you can use them when needed.
