Half came with the pin code scratched off. Was able to get it refunded after two weeks and several messages and run around with customer service. Will likely not purchase from Sam's again

Received cards. Gently attempted to remove sticker from PIN %23. On 3 of 4 cards the number was removed with sticker! Called Dominos help line. Can't get anywhere without a PIN %23! Took back to Sam's Club. Over an hour drive for us. Customer service says sorry, NO REFUNDS! We did use one card successfully. Still $55.00 down the drain! Will not buy another physical card again with no refund offered! Not happy with Sam's. I had the receipt and cards. They didn't care at all! They could afford to eat the loss better than my family. They should hold Dominos gift card resource accountable. Care about their customers. Especially PLUS members!

I purchased these, but I didn't realize that they are only good at participating Domino's. Our local stores will not accept them.

One of the gift card we bought has no money. We talked to customer care, still issue has not been resolved .

DO NOT BUY! IT'S A SCAM!!! I NEVER RECEIVED THEM AND SAMS WON'T BACK UP WHAT THEY SELL!!! THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE OR REFUND THE GIFT CARDS! $80 DOWN THE TRASH. SAMS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!
