Nothing but samsung.

Picture quality, easy setup with connectivity across many different bluetooth platforms, I will not buy anything else.

Disappointed

The remote control isn’t working anymore. I have several Samsung TVs and have been super happy. But over the last 4-5 months, the remotes on two TVs are horrible. I’ve tried different remotes and they don’t work well either. Major delay in response we once you press a button. Has to be the TV

Great tv that could use more sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this tv for my dad as he has been waiting so long to update our old tv. Out of the box, the tv is great! Came complete but a bit let down by the fact that we would need to buy special materials to mount it rather than just use the current mount we have. The picture quality is AMAZING. Anything we watch is so clear and just better quality. As for the sound, I feel that it could be done better. My dad is hard of hearing so we thought getting a bigger tv would also mean the quality of sound would be better and it would not have to be so loud. However this tv was lacking a bit. The sound is great but I just wish it projected more rather than having to buy a soundbar for it.

Love my Samsung TV

Samsung Crystal UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is hands down the clearest picture ive seen in several years. I'm actually Happy my old TV gave up the ghost and I had to purchase a new one. I used to not use the picture in picture feature...EVER, BUT now I use it all the time. It's great. Easy set up, mounting the works. I love my Samsung Crystal UHD TV.

ONLY FIT FOR THE DUMP

We have a custom-made TV cabinet with a 60-inch opening. Because neither Samsung (nor any other manufacturer) now make 60" TVs, we were forced to replace our 10-year old Samsung model with this piece of garbage. Sound & especially picture are absolutely horrendous: dim & unclear. I'd put it out on the curb this minute IF we could find another, but until someone makes one, we're stuck with it.

A Committed Samsung Customer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our last three televisions have now all been samsung. For years I had Vizio TVs which were fine but once I had a Samsung I could tell the difference and just have enjoyed it more. When I needed to buy another television to put into a property I decided on the 65 in TV and keep it for home and it took merely minutes to get myself all set up and familiarize since I already knew everything from my other TV's. I was ready to go probably within 15 minutes from the time I opened the box and had it set up and turned on. I know I could spend a lot more money and have certain features on a TV but we really just want a nice picture for watching shows we watch at night time when binging on streamed shows. I watch a lot of football and baseball and the pictures are vivid and I just enjoy being at home watching all of this on my own TV. Unless the quality of their TVs drop in quality I will probably be a Samsung customer for life on my televisions

Good product for the price point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was used as our main TV in our living room, upgrading from a 65". Set up was easy enough, but not a big fan of the "operating system" or "UI" when you first turn it on. I prefer their old UI but that could just be the familiarity with it. Picture is really good for the price point. The one thing I found disappointing is that there was not an optical connection for our sound bar. For a newer model I found this really surprising. Because of this, we have to use the HDMI option. Every now and then the sound bar stops responding. Not sure if it's a TV or soundbar issue, although we never had the issue using the optical drive on our previous TV. Overall we're pleased with the purchase. This is a really good TV for a budget. If you're looking for bells and whistles you will need a higher price point.
