Awesome quality! Very good 4K and amazing features

Worth switching to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful picture and great quality. The user interface is so easy to use and works well with other Android devices. The remote feels high quality and getting everything set up is easy and takes no time at all. After switching from a Toshiba you can really see the difference in quality. 100% worth it.

Good for the price

Excellent TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We find this TV to be the best TV on the market. With its crystal clear pictures, the perfect sound quality, which I might add, no sound bar is needed. No to mention the size is absolutely perfect to watch a good movie on. When you have a great quality TV, with a crystal clear picture, and the quality of sound that can allow you to get rid of your sound bar, then I would have to add that you have found the perfect TV. We bought 3! One for our den/family room, one for our master bedroom, and one for our sons "guest room", which is a room specifically designed for him and his friends to play their video games or watch movies that they like. The decision to purchase the 3 TV's and this brand, the Samsung DU 690O Crystal UHD TV (2024) was probably one of the best decesions we have recently made. Thanks Samsung.

Best picture ever.

The TV picture is absolutely beautiful! The remote control is something else. There are no instructions on it's functions. Can't find instructions on the internet without downloading some obscure downloader onto your computer. There are no owner's manuals that come with the TV. You're on your own. I have to ask neighbors for help and they are confused. Put books in the box when you sell a TV. Other than that, The TV is picture perfect if you can figure out how to use it. Much better than my Vizio.

Not great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having this tv for a couple months it stopped working all together. I did get it repaired under the warranty however the tv is still full of glitches! Have error codes pop up every time I turn it on, have to repeatedly hit the enter button to get to operate correctly. If i had a change to do it again I would have bought a different brand! Very frustrating, have a 20 year old flat screen Sony and 0 issues!

Love the Samsung TV app. .

I wanted to wait a little while before reviewing. Bought 4 months ago. Love every single thing about it!!! Well, okay, the remote. It’s 2025 and time to make the remote bigger, more able to read the buttons and prefer for it to glow in the dark. I swear I lose it daily and need my phone light to change channels.

Awesome tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great. I love the interface and how it looks. It connects seamlessly to all of my apps. The screen is so clear, the people look realistic. Sounds is a little low but over all it's pretty good. We re going the Samsung TV plus option. I'm loving how it connects to my watch and helps with my workouts. My kids especially love The Game app and how it automatically changes the input when they want to play the Switch. Overall this was a successful purchase for my family. Oh bonus the size upgrade is a huge perk too.

Unacceptable TV

I brought this tv the day after thanksgiving last year. Six months later popping and cracking sounds started. Even when changing the channel. The sound goes out. I’ll turn it off wait then turn it back on. Unfortunately I thought I felt it would work as well as my other ones. So I tossed the box. I was unable to return it. I’m stuck with it 😢. Thanks for asking.

Cint, If you are hearing a loud static or cracking noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following: 1. Arranging the cables and making sure the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet. 2. Check the cables. Make sure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and on the external devices. 3. Replace the audio connection cable. Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then test again to see if the issue still occurs. 4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV. Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables. For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables. If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise.
