Easy to setup and use , menu items clearly marked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our TV for movies, TV programs, streaming services and gaming, very easy to switch between apps, WiFi basically sets itself up and same with Bluetooth, I have highly recommend it to family and friends who are looking for easy use especially for seniors. Gaming quality is great and color and clarity for a large screen TV is outstanding.

This was one of the best decisions that I’ve made in a long time. The price was within my budget. It is very well made with clean designs. And, the very best part is the color and quality of the pictures. I can almost see the textures on the fabrics of my DIY shows. Bonus,,easy to maneuver

IT HAD BE A SAMSUNG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this 65" SAMSUNG TV CRYSTAL UHD series, to replace our old 50" Samsung TV crystal uhd that just died on us after having it always on for the past 5yrs! I just can't express enough how AMAZED my family and I were, after all suddenly the TV just turned off and we all realized it was the 1st time that TV had been off in 5yrs. With that said, we decided to replace it with the exact same model just a larger screen size. Hands down 110% recommend this SAMSUNG TV.

Love this tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best tve that I have had. I've used it for gaming with my PC as well as for my PS5 and it does everything I could hope for. The picture is beautiful and the refresh rate can keep up with even my PC. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone

Really happy with this TV

Bought this a couple weeks ago, mostly use for watching streaming videos and couldn't be happier. Just a little calibration and you wouldn't know this was a budget UHD TV. Just upgraded from a nearly 10 year old Samsung 4K TV, it was a bit of a learning curve with the remote but really like it all!

Love my new TV!

I recently brought my new TV and I love it. It is so easy to navigate to watch shows display on different streaming platforms. The only problem I had is learning how to use the volume button. I had to have my teenage grandson show me how it works. I was use to pushing down on remote buttons and didn't realize it was a push up and down button. Got love new technology!

Software issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV all the sudden stopped working when I turn it on it only stays on for 10 seconds before turning off for 10 seconds and turns back on and off and on and the only way to shut it off is by unplugging it

Please try a few troubleshooting steps that may help solve the issue: 1) Check the power cable for damage and proper connection. 2) If the cable is bent, broken, kinked, pinched, pressed excessively (possibly by a heavy object on top of it), or damaged, this is likely the cause of the issue. Replace the cable. 3) Unplug the TV from the wall outlet for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. 4) If the power cycling allows enough time between powering on and off, try updating the TV to the latest firmware. There is a risk, however. If the TV turns off during the software update, it could damage the TV. Updates can take up to 30 minutes, depending on network speed, so if the TV is not turning off too frequently, try updating the software. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will likely need service. Please contact us so that we can better investigate your issue and assist you with a solution or replacement. Brilliant Clarity Meets Value-Packed Performance

As for streaming, the 4K resolution is exceptional, giving movies like the latest action-packed blockbuster or classical films a breathtaking view regard. Very disappointing

I just got this TV in February.I have been very disappointed with my TV. I’ve had a Samsung TV forever and the picture has always been perfect and the sound was fabulous. This TV; The picture always seems dark and the sound is horrible. I bought the sound bar when I bought the TV.
