This TV has been the best I've owned

Diving Into the DU6900: My Honest Take on Samsung'

The Crystal Processor 4K effectively upscales lower-resolution content. As a 60Hz panel, it handles everyday viewing smoothly, and Motion Xcelerator helps reduce blur. For casual gaming, it performs well, offering a solid experience without being a specialized gaming display. The Tizen smart TV platform is intuitive and user-friendly, providing easy access to streaming apps and voice assistants. Built-in audio with Object Tracking Sound Lite is surprisingly decent, and Q-Symphony enhances the sound with compatible soundbars. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and typically two HDMI inputs. Overall, it's a strong value for a 4K TV, delivering a great picture and smart features for general entertainment and casual use.

My Dream TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m absolutely obsessed with my Samsung Crystal UHD TV. The picture is so clear that it feels like I’m watching my favorite shows and movies in real life. The sound is amazing. I also love how my Xbox turns in when I turn on my TV. I absolutely love that I can connect my headphones to my TV so that I can watch my paranormal videos without disturbing my loved ones. I can even connect my phone and love that that I can access the internet right from my TV, it’s like a huge computer screen. One more feature I love is the sleep screen when the TV has been inactive for a certain amount of time.

Unacceptable TV

I brought this tv the day after thanksgiving last year. Six months later popping and cracking sounds started. Even when changing the channel. The sound goes out. I’ll turn it off wait then turn it back on. Unfortunately I thought I felt it would work as well as my other ones. So I tossed the box. I was unable to return it. I’m stuck with it 😢. Thanks for asking.

Cint, If you are hearing a loud static or cracking noise, it could be caused by electrical feedback. I recommend the following: 1. Arranging the cables and making sure the TV has good ventilation will keep it quiet. 2. Check the cables. Make sure all cables are connected firmly to the proper, color-coded inputs on the TV and on the external devices. 3. Replace the audio connection cable. Replace the audio connection cable, even if it is an HDMI or RF coaxial cable. Then test again to see if the issue still occurs. 4. Try connecting a different external device to the same input on the TV. Connect a different device to the same input on the TV using the same connection cables. For example, if a cable box is connected using the component connections, try connecting a DVD player to the same input with the same cables. If there is no buzzing, crackling, or humming with the second external device connected, the original device (the cable box in this example) is the source of the noise. So good I bought two

Also my Soundbars hook right to them. Too very nice like them very much I have all Samsung TVs seven of them.

Disappointed

The remote control isn’t working anymore. I have several Samsung TVs and have been super happy. But over the last 4-5 months, the remotes on two TVs are horrible. I’ve tried different remotes and they don’t work well either. Major delay in response we once you press a button. Has to be the TV

My Samsung TV has more features than I expected

The picture quality is more vivid and detailed with 4 K. This is the first TV I have had with an internet browser and it connects to my Samsung Watch and Phone. My Samsung TV has so much more to offer as far as streaming apps and Samsung TV Plus.

Good TV at a fair price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the size of the TV. It is brilliant and has nice controls. Probably the thing I don't like about it is the slowness of it coming on because of the waiting for the internet. I prefer just a normal tv. But again, this was a great price and the quality is great. One other thing I don't care about this verses the Plasma tv that I had before this one, is that the side view of this one is more washed out from the side of the tv, verses the plasma. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.
