Fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The setup is time consuming but is well worth it, the picture quality is fantastic. I love the Samsung TV that comes with it I do more streaming now than I ever did because of this TV. The sound quality is so so but I've got a sound bar that makes it fantastic, there's some settings to make it understand that you want the sound bar to work instead of the speakers. All in all I give it five stars.

Problem with the remote and dropping app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The remote that came with the TV works ok if your are within 10 ft and in front of it. Would prefer a remote with no's or guide for selections If you are farther away or at a angle remote does not work. Install new batteries still same. I have the Spectrum TV app loaded and when you change to another app, i sometime have to delete Spectrum TV app and reload to watch stations. Don't know why the Samsung TV drops the Spectrum TV app.

Overall I like this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my Samsung TV and the features that are included. An extra feature that I really like is the amount of content that is included on Samsung. Tons of channels to choose from and nice background shows like Ocean Vibes when you just want some music and images in the background. My only complaint is the interface is very slow. Delayed response to remote as in switching between apps, moving left to right on selections etc.

Exceedingly happy to report.

And don't get me started on the ease of use. I am able to navigate and setup my tv with confidence and no time flat. More time for entertainment and relaxing.

Besides that problem the tv offers a lot of Samsung TV channels, in addition to the local antenna tv channels.

Best tv ive ever had

Best TV Brand Hands Down

*Samsung please post this review everywhere* First I’d like to say its still hard to believe how amazing Samsung TV’s are. I replaced all my TV’s with Samsung and its quality across the board for every size and model. Samsung TV channels are by far my favorite feature and I remember when it first started and they didnt have many sponsors. Now the free channel catalog has grown and its an unmatched feature. Let alone the overall quality of the TV’s themselves. The menus are so responsive and easy to navigate and feels like I am on a super user friendly computer. No lag between selections or loading, that is a problem all other TV brands have. I tell family and friends and now posting it here. Get a Samsung TV, its like a constant reminder of your good investment that brings content joy to my family whether its a tv show here an there or streaming my phone or computer to it. Thank you Samsung for making products so well that I cant say enough good things about them.

Samsung tv is awesome

For the last two months, I thought my Samsung TV was great until I had an issue with the TV. This is a Samsung issue not mine. I’m watching the TV one night TV just goes black all of a sudden I cannot log into my account because I have a new phone number in my old phone number is linked to the account so when I try to change to my new number, it tells me I have to wait two weeks for a number change verification, which means I have to wait 14 days for my number to be verified then probably another however long I’m not sure for the repair team to actually get the mess come out so I will potentially be without a TV that I pay all that money for for possibly up to a month for a Samsung issue so right now I am very very unhappy. But what I will say is when the TV was working properly, it was probably one of the most awesome things I ever bought.

Redesign the Remote

The TV is fine, but who is the moron who designed the remote?... Did you think peoples' hands are teenie tiny?... The buttons are waaaay too small, and are not designed such that you can actually figure out what the heck they're for. The whole thing needs to be redesigned FOR HUMAN HANDS...

Don't buy this television

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my 65 inch Samsung TV on 03-08-2025 and already I have a black line inside the screen. I am so disappointed with this company. If you buy any products from this company you are only paying for the name. So do not buy anything from this company or with this companies name attached to the product.
