[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV because my vision and hearing is starting to get worse. This TV has quality picture and sound which is very helpful for me. I do find navigation frustrating, with it being my first Samsung TV I expected a smoother experience. This TV has way too much going on in the background. When I turn the TV on I expect to see a simple menu allowing me to choose what app I intended to open when I sat down. This one is pure chaos of noise and choices. When I turn on my PlayStation I expect the TV to recognize the PlayStation has been turned on and respond appropriately. This TV requires you to go to the game mode manually, it doesn't turn on and off with the PlayStation. But when the PlayStation is the last thing I've used when I turn on the TV it automatically goes to game mode and turns on the PS5, so I have to turn off the PlayStation manually and then switch to the home screen and out of game mode just to watch TV. My previously owned Vizio understood when I turned on the TV I meant to watch TV. It understood when I turned on the PlayStation it knew I meant to use the PlayStation and went directly to it. The Samsung remote, in their quest for simplicity, made a remote that is useless. The color dot button is not helpful. It could use a game mode button, menu, etc. The physical user manual and the one on my TV isn't specific to my TV. It's very confusing. It has good wifi connection. Price was good.

A more friendly UI with more options would be nice though but it still works well. The biggest downside is that it died on me not too long outside of the 1 year warranty. Never made it to 2 years sadly but I do hope to purchase another Samsung TV in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this tv for sreaming shows, movies, YouTube, & lots of Star Trek! It displays great picture, beautiful colors, including for the darker colors of sci-fi. The sound is more than enough, we no longer need to use our other surround sound systems. There are a few things, however, that could be improved. Working the basic functions like scrolling the selection bar or menu is very delayed and clunky. It will often freeze, especially when first turning on the TV. The remote is not very user friendly, especially in the dark. Once in awhile, we have to unplug the TV to fix the freezing. The provided Samsung channels are a great added bonus. In theory, someone could opt out of paying for any other streaming service like Netflix, and just watch the free channels from Samsung!

I love my Samsung TV. Features are great, it’s much better to download your apps through the Samsung TV versus loading it on Roku. With ROKU it bleeps in and out and it’s not a good display but with Samsung, I have no problems when I download my apps like Netflix and Prime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV as a prize from a work event. I was very excited as my previous TV was on the decline and was very laggy. When setup this new TV was snappy and intuitive. It even connects seamlessly with my Galaxy series phone! The screen looks great and the colors pop. The amount of apps is very helpful, giving access to all the content we want. The only things that I can critique right now would be the slight difficulty in switching to other connected devices and the auto selection feature it makes when certain things to get connected. Overall, it is a very good TV and would recommend.

I enjoy the fact that the operating system now allows selecting my cable package just like a streaming app. My other Samsung requires switching inputs or moving to app selection. The picture is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV offers everything I need! With the wifi compatibility, I am able to seamlessly connect all of my Samsung devices directly to the TV. I can start a project on my laptop and cast to the TV to use as an additional screen. I can send my phone to the screen to share videos with the family. The picture and sound are excellent.

Here is my only disappointment with my new Samsung. During the set up while creating a username and password, there was a QR code displayed on the television screen as part of the process. This was a QR code scam that resulted in being redirected to a third party that then charged my credit card nine times over the next 4 months.
