Samsung Tv 65 inch

We have access to so much free content with Samsung tv plus, all of our favorite streaming apps were either already downloaded or available for download, and thr SmartThings app allows us use our phone to control the tv! This is our 3rd Samsung tv purchase and we love it!

Really solid UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this TV as a prize from a work event. I was very excited as my previous TV was on the decline and was very laggy. When setup this new TV was snappy and intuitive. It even connects seamlessly with my Galaxy series phone! The screen looks great and the colors pop. The amount of apps is very helpful, giving access to all the content we want. The only things that I can critique right now would be the slight difficulty in switching to other connected devices and the auto selection feature it makes when certain things to get connected. Overall, it is a very good TV and would recommend.

This tv is amazing at this price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot believe how lucky I was finding this beautiful picture moving machine. The colors are bright, the refresh rate is perfect, it syncs with my phone instantly, and it's just a great bargain. I'd try and get another if I had more room. It's huge.

I'm Loving It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently decided to splurge & buy a Samsung TV for myself, which I was hesitant to do because supposedly there are tons of other models currently available that are just as good and for 1/2 the cost, but man am I extremely pleased I chose this TV!! The Crystal UHD 4k's picture is beautiful & crystal clear & its got the best sound out of any tv I've ever owned! Sounds was one of my biggest issues & complaints with all my previous tv's, but not anymore! it's no longer an issue at all. The Crystal UHD 4k has superb sound, I only wish I could afford to run out and buy a Samsung soundbar/surround sound system so I could take advantage of the Q-Symphany features this model offers, because I'm sure it will be epic, but I'll definitely be saving up for it or maybe I'll get lucky and someone will buy it for me for my upcoming birthday?! I love this tv for all the features that are important when buying a TV and all the less important aspects, such as the apps/homescreen layout functionality &/or its annoying-not thought-out very well and Not user friendly- remote control, well these insignificant cons are not even a concern & I'd recommend this tv w/out ever giving those Cons a second thought; because in comparison to all the other tv models I've owned- THIS SAMSUNG TV KICKS ALL OF THEIR BUTTS!! this model was well worth every penny paid!

Sleek, beautiful picture and fast processing.

Very hard to use; disappointing

Very disappointed w/ this TV. I would quickly return to old tv if I did not need to pay a friend to hook it up. My analog tv in other room is far easier to use. New 50" is hard to turn on/off, use mute, connect. All buttons must be pushed exactly for correct interval. Turn on gives what 14 icons or so of no interest. How about just on/off, hd settings, and connections. I do not need and did not ask for all the options d This is 3rd attempt to respond to your survey.

Extremely Poor Volume

Our Samsung TV picture is good, thus the two stars, however the sound quality is AWFUL!!! We have to turn up the volume until it’s almost at max and many times I’ll put my AirPods in for better volume. So so unfortunate as now we have to spend additional dollars for a volume boost bar and speakers so this purchase was no deal at all!!!

Locks up multiple times a day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Integrations and apps do not work well with this tv. Sling constantly needs to be rebooted. Have had to delete most apps including system apprs to get a better function. Cache is just not managed right.

unhappycustomer, If apps are not working correctly, we recommend first checking for firmware updates on your TV. Go to Home > Settings > Support > Software Update. If you do have the latest firmware, then you can next try a cold boot. There are two ways to cold boot your TV: 1) Using the Remote: For most people, the easiest way is to hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. 2) Using the Plug: If you do not have the remote, unplug your TV from the wall outlet or surge protector, leave it unplugged for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This product has every feature you would ever want

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV has immediate mirroring with your Samsung phone, my Galaxy S23 FE, without the need for wifi. With wifi you get an expansive array of options that include Samsung TV. Unbelievable amount of stations and shows for everyone. Gaming is brought to the forefront without the need of the console. Play with or without. This TV has it all. I can't believe there is a more complete TV on the market. A must buy!!
