samsung tv is not good-remote goofy

this was my first samsung purchase (tv) never again. to hard setting up and very poor help from your company so disappointed . remote is horrible

If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust. Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode and select the mode that best fits your usage: 1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments 2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments 3. Eco: Provided to save energy 4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room 5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings). Best Smart tv

We really love this tv. The color and clarity are excellent. All our watching is done through streaming and the apps offered are just what we are looking for and the price didn't break the bank.

Picture suddenly turned black

98DIKO, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Love the HD

I received this tv as a Christmas gift from my Mom for Christmas because they have the same one and I love the quality of th HD. The only thing is the tv dosnt get loud and the soundbars are expensive

Washed out if not viewed directly from front.

OK for a UHD but no comparison with an OLED which is also more costlier. Very good price for a 50" but I don't like how the display pales and washes out when the viewing angle changes. You must watch it "head on" and not from any side views.
