Great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the picture on our new tv. Not being tech savvy we figured out how to set it up all by ourselves and were quite proud. We only use it for tv and streaming, but it works like a charm.

Does alot

Got this as a replacement for our TV that started to fail. This 50" Samsung has a very good picture and the more we use it the learning curve for the remote is making it easier to get around on it. The extra channels were a nice touch.

great color, love the screen size

The color is great but I have trouble with the spectum service being mixed up with the tv services. I had to go back into and have the tv reset the original settings.

Great TV for a great price

I bought this 2 weeks ago (ish) and I love it. The picture is crisp and the graphics are perfect for gaming. I had no idea how out of focus my old tv was.

No Headache

I absolutely love it. Best tv i have ever owned and price was unbelievable. Samsung is always top quality. I even own Samsung Galaxy phones from. The 2 all the way to the 23.

Great TV. Magnificent video and audio quality.

The only thing that I don't like is the fact that you don't have keypad on the remote to access a channel directly. Is there a way I can access a channel pad on the screen itself so I can enter the channel number directly? Thank you.

Horrible connection

Constantly having connection issues to wifi I’ve had to contact customer service multiple times. Also had to reset the tv to get it to work. Do not waste your time

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns.
