Great for on the go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family love these , they are strong and the string doesn’t break , it has a fresh taste . And it’s easy just to put some in your pocket so you can have them for the go !

Love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite floss picks! They freshen as you floss and the floss is more like a ribbon than a thin and sharp string, making it easier on your gums!

Would buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loved the ease of use and a stick a couple in each of my purposes, has a long lasting minty taste, love that it’s compact and the pointy end is not too sharp

Favorite floss pics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are our favorite floss pics and we will never stop getting them. They’re so convenient to bring along wherever you might be traveling and easy to use for our two kids too.

Great for traveling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Flavor is there but not to strong. Packaging has zip lock so great for traveling. It does it job very well and you don’t need to put whole hand inside the mouth.

Easy on the go floss!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed the flavor, it felt very refreshing to use and was incentivized to keep flossing. Super simple and i like to carry some for my purse after dinner or events with food.

Bring back the old ones

I have been buying these for years, but the “New” floss is TERRIBLE! It shreds and I have to use 2-3 each use. It snags on your teeth and breaks on every use. Unimproved!

reply from Customer Care

We're sorry to hear your floss picks are breaking during flossing, and we'd love to help. Safety is our top priority, and all our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. If floss continues to snag on your teeth, we recommend discontinuing the use of the pack of Oral-B Scope Outlast Floss Picks. We're always improving our floss picks to ensure we deliver the best products. As you know, we've transitioned to a new microtextured floss fiber to enhance your flossing routine, so this isn't what we'd expect. We'll be sure to share with our team that you'd like to see the old floss pick version return. Your loyalty and satisfaction mean everything to us, and we'd like to learn more about your experience and help you find the best floss for your smile. When you get a chance, please give us a call at 1-800-566-7252, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.
