Shreds it your teeth

They must have changed something in the floss material. These use to be my favorite but the floss shreds after a few teeth and little strings get caught in between my teeth. Change it back!!

reply from Customer Care

We understand how frustrating it can be when a product you love doesn't give you the results you hoped for, so we're sorry the floss picks have been shredding while flossing, and we'd like to help. Safety is our top priority, and all our products are thoroughly evaluated to be safe when used as directed. We recommend discontinuing the use of the pack of Oral-B Scope Outlast Floss Picks if the floss gets caught between teeth. We're always improving our floss to ensure we deliver the best products. As a result, we recently transitioned to a new CleanTech floss fiber that's microtextured to effectively remove plaque and food particles between teeth and just below the gum line while sliding easily in tight spaces. With the many quality checks we have in place, your experience isn't what we'd expect. We'll be sure to share with our team that you'd like to see the return of the previous floss version. So we can learn more and see how we can help further, please give us a call at 1-800-566-7252, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Scope-ful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Floss picks make life sooooo much easier than using string. These have a great taste from the Scope that lasts for a little while. They're easy to use and don't irritate the gums.

Good floss picks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid quality floss picks. Easy to use, did not break easily. Minty flavor that was more than good enough. I’ve been using them up for several weeks and they have been a good value.

Great taste and great quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the mental taste and the wide floss makes it easier to get stuff out of your teeth. The plastic on the flossed is sturdy and doesn't break or bend. Over all a great product!
