It’s good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve always use the Oral B brand for my flossing needs. But to be honest it’s just the same as about other floss products/brands. The mint flavor is a plus for me.

Terrible redesign

New design ruined the product, immediately it shreds in your mouth. I had to use 3 per each attempt to floss my teeth. Do no recommend, please bring back the original product.

We know how frustrating it is when floss shreds, and we'd like to help, Josh. Our products go through many quality checks to ensure they reach you in perfect condition, providing the ultimate flossing experience, so this isn't what we'd expect. As you know, we transitioned to a new CleanTech fiber that is microtextured to provide the same benefits you love. The microtextured fiber helps reach deep and grab plaque while sliding 50% more easily in tight spaces. We'll be sure to share with our team that you'd like to see the return of the previous floss version. Your loyalty and satisfaction mean everything to us, and we'd like to learn more about your experience and see how we can help further. When you have time, please give us a call at 1-800-566-7252, 9 am-6 pm EST, Monday-Friday.

Good floss pick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The floss picks work good. It makes it easier to floss compared to just regular floss. I did not really feel any mint coming through, but it is effective at removing plaque!
