The ones are terrible

These are the worst. The old ones worked great. The new ones break in your mouth and the floss gets stuck between your teeth. I don’t know why they have to cheapen everything. Please go back to the way it was before.

Whenever making changes to our products, we are always looking to provide our consumers with an improved way to manage their oral care, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not the case with your recent use of our Oral-B Glide Scope Outlast Floss Picks, Maria. We have redesigned this floss with a new Microtextured Fiber, which is designed with soft, gentle nylon and elastic materials that offer triple action cleaning, softness, comfort, and durability that is tear-resistant. Shortly after the introduction of this product to the market, we became aware that some consumers were experiencing breaking of the floss. This is not at all the way that we would expect this product to perform, and our Technical Team is working to address this issue. For the time being, since this floss is getting stuck between your teeth, we would recommend discontinuing the use of the product, but we would like to suggest trying our Oral-B Essential Floss or our Oral-B Satin Floss, as these are both made with their original formula. We would love a chance to learn more about your experience so we are better able to assist you, as well as gather some additional information for our Quality and Safety Teams, and encourage you to give us a call at (800) 566-7252.

Minty

Great picks

Love these

Squeaky clean

Good!

Gentle and Minty Flavor
