They are very thick and heavy duty floss picks, good because they have curved pick tips but they are a little too thick for my teeth which are pretty close together. These have a very nicely placed grip in the center. The floss slides between your teeth like a dream, its the ribbon type so you need to angle it just right to get down into your gum line, it will take a bit of practice for me but I really love the floss part a lot and it doesn't fray at all.
